2) If applicable, the following items must be submitted with your application form:

3) Upon receipt of your application and documents, you will be contacted to arrange a date and time for an admissions in·terview that will take 30 minutes to 2 hours to complete.

Conditional acceptance maybe be granted based upon previous student progress reports, but an admissions interview will be required once the student reaches Guangzhou.

Students currently attending a school in Guangzhou will not be considered for enrolment for the current school year after March 31. After March 31, acceptance will only be for the subsequent school year commencing in September.

Accepted students are required to confirm their enrolment by paying a deposit according to the current Fee Schedule within ten days.

1.The Application Fee of RMB 1000 is payable upon submission of the form to the School. CIEO students do not have to pay the application fee.

2.Full payment (tuition and fees) shall be paid once a child has been tested and accepted by the School and shall be paid before the student starts school. The payment must be received no later than 2 weeks prior to the start of the school year.

3. When a student enters the School other than at the beginning of a school term, tuition fees will be calculated on a pro rata basis. 4. Absences and Withdrawals

Regardless of the reason for leave, fee calculation shall be carried out according to stipulations below. Anything not covered here shall be dealt with separately by the school.

a) If the student is absent for more than 7 consecutive days, from the 8th day on, the student will receive a refund of the meal fee of RMB 20 per day. No refund can be made if the leave is 7 days or less.

b) Requests for leave (including temporary suspension of schooling) must be submitted in writing prior to the absence; otherwise the student does not qualify for a refund. If the student takes one full month (must be from the 1st to the end of the same month) off (including temporary suspension of schooling), the student can receive a refund of the whole month’s meal fee. The school will keep RMB 2000 per month as a roll management fee and the material fee will not be refunded. There is no refund for statutory or school holidays. To request a temporary suspension of schooling, the student’s parents must sign the confirmation to determine whether or not to maintain school enrollment. If parents request to maintain the school enrollment, the school will charge RMB 2000 per month for the school roll management fee. Parents of children who do not maintain the school enrolment will be regarded as having quit school. New tuition criteria will be used if the student returns to the school.

c) If the student who has paid the tuition fees quits school before the term starts, 90% of the tuition fees will be refunded.70% will be refunded if studying less than one month. 50% will be refunded if studying more than one month (including one month) but less than two months. 30% will be refunded if studying more than two months (including two months) but less than three months. Tuition fees will not be refunded if the student studies more than three months (including three months).

d) For the refund, parents will be credited when paying for the next semester on August 10. Those students who withdraw their children before the end of the semester can receive a refund after completing the necessary paperwork.

e)Founding Students Discounts of 10% for students who join our school in the first two years of operation will last until the students are finished primary school (grade 6). CIEO students get an additional 5% tuition fee discount.
