阿里巴巴(Alibaba)是全球著名的电子商务品牌。阿里巴巴公司由马云(Jack Ma)创办于1999年，目的是提供一个开拓企业间网上贸易市场的平台。整个公司现有12家子公司。阿里巴巴希望通过网上交易，解决小企业采购、销售、管理和融资(finance)的难题。它连续5次被美国权威财经杂志《福布斯》(Forbes)评选为全球最佳的电子商务网站之一。准确的定位、稳固的结构、优秀的服务、完美的团队和坚定的信念使得阿里巴巴成为互联网时代的一个奇迹。

1.第二句有两个分句组成，仔细分析，两个分句关系紧密，都是讲“阿里巴巴公司”，依照英文的表达习惯可将第一个分句处理为过去分词短语Founded by Jack Ma in 1999，置于句首。后一个分句“目的是…”处理为主句，增译主语theAlibaba Corporation，同时将“目的是”转译为动词短语aimed at。
2.在第四句“阿里巴巴希望…难题”中，“通过网上交易”可使用介词短语through online transaction表达，定语“采购、销售、管理和融资的”较长，处理为后置定语，用介词短语of purchase...表达，置于problems后。

1.第二句的主干结构为“白酒成为主要酒类”;“中国人饮用的”可用定语从句(that)Chinese people drunk 表达，修饰“酒类”。
2.第三句由几个短句构成，如果直接对译，英文句中势必出现多个主语和多个谓语，而且表达也不连贯。建议本句以“中国白酒”为主语，“制作工艺复杂”译为has a complicatedproduction process;“原料丰富多样”采用被动语态can bemade from various raw materials;“是…之一”与前面两个短语暗含因果关系，可将这部分译为现在分词短语作结果状语making it...。

4.倒数第二句中的“不同地区和场合的饮酒习俗和礼仪”的核心词为“饮酒习俗和礼仪”，“不同地区和场合”可译为介词短语in different regions and on different occasions作后置定语，修饰核心词。
