一、考生应讲诚信并自觉服从监考员等考试工作人员管理，自觉接受监考员使用金属探测仪进行安全检查，不得以任何理由妨碍监考员等考试工作人员履行职责，不得扰乱考场及其他考试工作地点的秩序。
二、考生必须在每个时间段开考前三十分钟进入备考室，在每场次开考前十五分钟统一由考务员引导进入考场，并凭准考证、身份证参加考试。
三、每个时间段开考前十五分钟，禁止迟到考生进入考试场所(含备考试、候考室、考场)。考试结束后，考生方可出场，考试中途不准离开考场。出场后，考生不准在考试考场附近逗留或交谈。
四、考生可携带钢笔或铅笔进入考场，以备必要时便于记录。严禁携带无线通讯工具、电子存储记忆录放设备以及学习资料等物品进入考试场所(含候考室、备考室、考场)。考生入场时应自觉接受监考员使用金属探测仪检查是否携带违禁物品。
五、考生入场后，需将准考证、身份证放在桌面上，以便核验。
六、考生进入考场，领取草稿纸，自觉服从监考员的指挥，不得随意开启和移动计算机等相关设备，只能按指令在键盘上输入自己的考生号，按系统提示进入“等待考试”状态，等待“开始考试”指令的发出。考生擅自关闭计算机、拔掉网线、拔掉电源，造成停机、数据不能传输的，取消考生英语听说考试资格。
七、考试开始，输入考号后如遇未能进入“等待考试”状态、考试过程中计算机出现死机或不能录音等故障问题，考生可举手询问，待监考人员处理;涉及试题内容的疑问，考生不得向监考人员询问。
八、考生在考场内必须保持安静，不准随意离位走动，不准吸烟，不准喧哗，不准交头接耳，不准做考试以外的动作(如拔弄计算机开关、电源线、耳机线等)。要独立思考，独立完成答卷。
九、考生必须在指定的候考室候考，不准随便进出，不得与已考考生接触，否则按考试违纪处理。
十、考试终了，确认考生答案全部上传至服务器后，系统管理员启动“考试完毕”指令按钮，对考生答案进行打包。考生等待监考员回收草稿纸，然后由考务员按指定的路线带考生离开考场。
十一、严格遵守考场纪律。对于违反纪律者和有舞弊行为的'考生，将按照《国家教育考试违规处理办法》，视情节轻重，分别给予批评教育、取消该科考试成绩等处理，已入学者取消入学资格。对扰乱考场秩序，威胁监考人员人身安全的，由公安部门依法论处。
