　　Section A( 1a—2d)

　　一、教材分析：

　　本单元是Go for it ( 上 ) Unit4,主要围绕“Where are the things?”这一话题展开听、说、读、写等多种教学活动，其教学核心内容是：让学生通过询问物品的位置，学习一些家具物品和学习用品的单词，以及方位介词in on under behind...等的用法，学习并掌握Where问的问答，一般疑问句提问并用方位介词来回答，学习名词单复数及人称代词they的用法，同时培养学生养成干净，整洁，合理摆放物品的习惯。

　　二、教学目标

　　1. 知识目标：A. 掌握有关物品的新单词：table, bed, bookcase, sofa, chair, shoolbag, ,radio ， CD, video, video tape, hat, etc；

　　B. 熟练运用in, on, under, behind, in front of, near等介词；

　　C. 熟练运用Where问句和一般疑问句及其回答；

　　D. 掌握名词单复数及人称代词they的用法。

　　2．能力目标：A.学会用英语准确描述物品所在的位置；

　　B. 学会用英语询问自己的或他人物品的具体位置；

　　C. 能够合理地描述和设计房间。

　　3．情感目标：A. 培养学生整齐地摆放自己物品的生活习惯；

　　B．通过小组对话、游戏、竞赛，调查和设计等一系列的课堂活动，培养学生的合作精神。

　　三、学情分析：

　　本单元部分有关家居物品和学习用品的'单词学生在小学已接触过，容易掌握，但是句子中总忘记用be动词，经常出现这样的错误句子：The pengcil in the shoolbag 而且学生虽然接触过疑问句，但没掌握where问句及一般疑问句的语序及正确回答

　　四：教学重点与难点

　　1.重点：A:方位介词: in, on, under, behind, in front of, near 等的用法；

　　B:Where 的特殊疑问句和一般疑问句：Is the… in/on/under the …否定回答.

　　C:新单词：shoolbag bookcase soaf videa tape radio hat etc

　　2.难点：A.能够准确运用方位介词描述物品所在的位置；句子不忘be动词

　　B．能够运用where问句找到物品的位置，疑问句的语序及正确回答。

　　五、教学方法:

　　采用呈现，情景设置，交际，问答，游戏等教学方法，激励学生使他们都参与到各种活动中来。

　　六、课前准备：

　　教师：制作多媒体课件，准备部分学习用品的实物。

　　学生：预习新单词，准备与课本有关的学习用品实物。

　　七、教学过程设计

　　Step 1 organization(组织教学)

　　Greeting : morning report.

　　Step 2 Warming up（课前热身）

　　A.Play an English song before class.

　　B.Revise some school things by asking questions.

　　e.g.: What’s this? Is this a …? How do you spell it? etc.

　　Step3 Lead-in Learn the new words by helping the teacher find the lost things.

　　T: Where’s my English book?

　　S1: It’s here. / I think it’s …

　　T: Oh, it’s on the desk. …Where’re my color pencils?

　　设计意图：通过设置让学生帮助老师找东西这样一个真实的场景导入新课，能够立刻调动学生的参与性，激发学生思维，启动学习的发生。

　　Step 3 Presentation(讲授新课)

　　A .Consolidate the prepositions by looking at the screen and answer and questions where`s…? where`re…?

　　B. New words learning:show the students a picture of a room. Tell them this is a bedroom . let students list the things in it.ask where the things are. Let students answer using the prepositions and new words. ,

　　设计意图：由于课前引导学生通过自主学习初步接触到了新单词，所以在新单词的教学过程中，一些有能力的学生可以将自己已有的认识水平和实际运用结合起来，使他们能体会到通过自主学习带来成功的满足感，通过这样的方法呈现新单词，效果远比教师单纯地用图片来教单词要大

　　Step 4 Listening and say (听力训练)

　　listen and imitate the dialoges in pairs. Using the things in the picture in sectionA 1b. Then finish the listening task.

　　Step 5 Make up dialogues and act out them.（听说训练）

　　A. Match the words with the things in the picture. Students do it individually first, then check the answers.

　　B. Make up dialogues in pairs using the things in the picture. Then act out them.

　　设计意图:这是一个听说训练，把1c提到前面一方面从词到句，从浅入深，单词和句子得到进一步练习。另一方为下一步的听做铺垫，使学生更容易听懂。

　　Step 6 Game: Hide and look for things（游戏）

　　Students hide and look for the school things in pairs. One student hide one school thing and ask: Where’s…? Where’re…? The other student guess and answer: Is it in your desk? Are they in your pencilcase ? ect . Ask some pairs to share their performance.

　　设计意图：通过学生之间相互猜测的游戏即训练了听说也把学生刚被激发的兴奋点持续下去，也巩固了本节所学的单词和句型，同时为下面学习一般疑问句及答语做了预习。

　　Step7 Summary: A memory test(为下一步的写作积累词汇)

　　Show a picture of a room, give the students one minute to look at it, then ask them what kind of things they saw and where the things are. Have a competition among groups . See which group can remember all the things and places.

　　设计意图：1.通过此活动训练为下一步的写作做铺垫，即积累单词和词汇。

　　2.促使学生都参与进来，回顾了本节所学知识，加深印象，而且通过竞争增强了他们的协作和团队精神。

　　Step8 Writing.(写作训练)

　　Writing a passage using the words phrases . Introduce my room.

　　On the blackboard：Unit 4 Where’s my shoolbag?

　　---Where’s…? It`s in/on/under….

　　----Where’re…? They`re in/on/under……
