Window was opening, wind was coming in and touched my face gently. On bed I turned again and again, thinking a girl known three years ago sending a message to me today: Dear god, protected those who didn’t call me、didn’t send mail to me and didn’t miss me, just let their cell phones into toilet. Amen! It reminded me of her pretty face with saintly smile、her sweetly voice.
So many things not being remember passed just as the time passed. I also thought that I could forget everything because I did. In Shenzhen, I had to work hard enough to earn money to keep body and soul together. So I had no contact to her any more after I finished my study in university.
I called her Cherry Li though she told me her name: Vidy. She also tried to accept it coz I insisted. I told her I liked cherry trees though I had never seen them. I remembered a story between cherry tree and Washington. I viewed as my favor and acted on it whatever I did. She laughed at me at coffee shop. She said I was Q and maybe should be sent to zoo as one-class precious animals.
I laughed too and said it just a joke, I explained it like that because I liked her have a good impression for me. She said you did and in truth I did. Then she often saw me at coffee shop sometimes at six o’clock in the morning and sometime after twelve in the late night. I enjoyed it and took any calls she asks for. She would inform me everything that occurred all around her, such as talks about make-up, shopping her roommates did and threatened when walking along the street, of course sometimes essay she wrote. She was a girl coming from the modern city. She was innocent coz she grew with TV. Everything in her mind seemed lovely and she never hated anything. I was happy with her and lied to her occasionally. But whenever I lied to her, I had no a bad idea to her and just relaxed her feelings.
She trusted me so much that she traveled to suburb each time with me. She liked to flutter on the coast until gray sky fell, she liked to smell the flowers and knelt down to put her head deep into the middle of flowers. She liked to put her feet slip into stream. She said she felt good when clear and cool water touched her nervous. This moment through her bright smile, my happiness got to arrive on the top.
How surprise I was on one more than occasion! Besides I loved literature, I showed more interested in traveling. In fact, I was so boring.
Maybe she had known about it, though we had a good time for two years, we were just a friend who everything was glad to be shared with, even we lost relationship as soon as we came out from university.
Surely after that I learned some girls by chance, and lost myself by seeing the one who had flied to Virginia, but deep in my mind, I still tried to expect that someday I could find her and spent every day with her. I would like to discuss articles about shopping、about cleaning and about living. I would like to say what I want to say that didn’t dare to say in the past.
And she did emerge again! How lucky I was!
I would tell her I would like to take care of her, I decide, if she permitted.
