小学英语阅读：母亲节快乐
I go to work as soon as we get home. Clifford watches me closely.
我一回到家就开始忙活。Clifford很认真的看着我。
He can't see where he is going. What a mess!
他到处钻。简直一团糟!
I help Clifford. But my card is really a mess. Now I have to do it again.
我要帮Clifford。但是我的卡片真的糟糕透了。我不得不重新做一张。
I get another idea. I sign the card with my handprint.
我想到了另外一个主意。我把手印印在卡片上。
I forget to close the top of the stamp pad. That is a mistake.
我忘记盖印台的盖子。简直是大错特错。
The next day we give Mom her presents. She loves them all. She sees the stamp pad on my sweater. But she doesn't worry about it. She knows what happened.
第二天我们把礼物送给了妈妈。妈妈很喜欢。她看到了我毛衣上的印台。但是她一点都不关心。她知道怎么回事。
We take my sweater next door to Clifford's mother. It fits inside her basket. Now she has a Mother's Day gift, too.
我们把我的'毛衣带到隔壁Clifford妈妈那里。毛衣铺在她的篮子里正合适。现在她也有了母亲节的礼物了。
Even though Clifford grows up, he's still his mother's little puppy.
即使Clifford长大了，他还是妈妈的小宝宝。
