Summer is approaching. We have been experiencing the irresistible heat wave which has driven us crazy. When the body temperature reaches to certain level, our hearts has to speed up, accommodating the excessive heat. This extra process overstrains our energy and leaves us sleepy all day. We should do something in order to regain our dynamic.
Drink plenty of water is essential in summer. We should avoid drinking tea and coffee, which will increase water loss through urination. Eat light meal which includes lower protein food (fruit, vegetables and salad). Try hard to maintain a good quality of sleep at night. The above methods can lightly ease our tiredness.
Ultimately, I think staying in air-conditioned place is the best way to keep us awake during this radiating summer.
