　　尤其是在半决赛中看图说话这一环节。这个环节最能表现选手的英语运用综合能力。印象最深的要数一名四年级的小学生，一口标准的发音，流利地表达，令在场的观众，选手，评委无不为他投去赞许的目光。要知道，“冰冻三尺非一日之寒”，每个人都有自己的学习方法，如英语专家许国璋先生认为：

　　学英语就要做到，眼尖，耳明，嘴勤，手快。只要多读，多记，多讲，多写，自有水到渠成之日。学几句干巴巴的英文是不行的...不要总是把阅读的目的.放在提高英文上，阅读首先是吸收知识，吸收知识的过程中自然而然就吸收了语言。

　　英语专家胡壮麟认为学好英语，既要珍惜课堂教学和老师指导的学习机会，也要抓住"习得"英语的机会，后者指学会自己主动听广播听录音，看电视看录像，读书报读小说。大胆张口，有时不免背诵，以至自说自话。
