　　There are many ways we can do to reach the loe-carbon economic.Fristly,discovering others fuels which is more clean and more green to instead of the using of carbon.Secondly, we should have the save-energy conscious and do something which we can make,for instance,using the bus ranther than car when you go out,re-use the thing that can be recycle used,reducing the use of plastic bags.Last but not least,we should plant more trees or other greenplants,in which way we can not only improve the environment,but also can make our home more beauty.

Thousands of people lined the struts to watch the relay.

　　The relay of the Olympic Flame is the symbol of the continuity between the ancient and modern Games. During the ancient Olympics a sacred flame burned at the altar of Zeus. A modern version of the flame was adopted for the Berlin Games in 1936, and the tradition has been observed ever since. The torch used to kindle the flame is first lit by the sun＇s rays at Olympia in Greece, and then carried to the site of the Games by relays of runners.Ships and planes are used when necessary.

　　The runners are specially chosen, All of them are hard working and as a result become overacbievers. The flame kindles the fire in everyone＇s heart to encourage people to go on and on and bring the Olympic spirit into full play.

　　“丁零零！丁零零！”铃声响起了，同学们整齐地坐在教室中。

　　英语课很有趣，尤其分组大比拼，规则是“坐第一排编号是一，第二排编号是二，依次往下推。假如叫到编号六，第六排的人就要到字母A的卡片旁拍三下，然后做动作，并念出卡片的`名称，再跑回自己的座位上坐好。谁先完成以上几点，就可以获得一个龙宝宝，谁多谁胜。”

　　突然，叫到编号一，那不是我吗！我三步并作两步，兴冲冲地跑到字母A旁。一边做动作，一边念单词。然后，我又快步跑回自己的座位。

　　比赛结束了，虽然我的反应快，但是因为我们组有的同学太慢还是没有取得最后的胜利，我感到有些失望。

　　在游戏中，我学到了不少单词和字母，还认识到一个团队只有团结才能取得胜利。

　　对了，我还有英文名字叫：“WILLIAM”。

　　When the salesgirl had finally written out the bill and was about to turn to the next customer with a tired voice. “Thank you very much， madam，“ the old lady suddenly cried out， “Oh， I almost forgot...“――“Anything else， madam？“ said the girl， “Yes，“ began the old lady， “I‘d like to buy another pair， but I‘ m not quite sure about what exactly I should cloose. We can send them a silent prayer of peace or a sympathetic smile. We may sense that reaching out to offer a comforting touch or hug can ease their frustrations and cause the clouds to dissipate. If they need understanding, we can sympathize without reinforcing the negativity they may be experiencing by directing their attention someplace more positive. Helping them find the humor in their situation might be appropriate and is a great way to lift spirits, or a logical approach may help them see all the good in the situation, in their lives and in the world.

　　We might find that someone we encounter often seems to be in a perpetual state of gloom. Our tendency in such cases may be to try to avoid them, but instead we can make the choice to offer support that comes from the heart. We may be inspired to ask if they would like some help or to offer suggestions that have helped us in the past. We can include thoughts of their health and happiness in our times of prayer and meditation. When we lend our energy to uplift another in any way, we improve our own lives while making the world a better place for all of us.
