  高中英语作文:有礼貌 篇2

Our school is to set up a team to promote politeness, and I want to be a member of the team.

As we know, politeness can be seen everywhere. Queuing up for tickets and getting on buses, giving seats to the sick and respecting the old are all examples of politeness. Why should we be polite? We have to get along with other people every day.

If we are not polite, we cannot be treated in a friendly way. What’s more, politeness reflects a person’s good manners and education, which is the most important. Accordingly,I want to join the team, where I can try to promote politeness. The classroom blackboard, I think, is a useful tool to do this.

With it we can praise those students that help others, show appreciation for their teachers and so on.

  高中英语作文:有礼貌 篇3

Good manners are so important in today's society. A little effort towards being polite to everyone you meet can have great rewards.

Everyone should be polite. Polite people show good manners. Moreover they are popular. On the other hand rude people are looked down upon. Rudeness shows poor education. Therefore why not be polite? A simple "Please" "Thank you" or "You're welcome" can make a big difference.

If someone says dirty words all the time it shows that something is wrong with his mouth. You'd better persuade him to "watch" his mouth!

across the chinese landscape, politeness is a desirable quality we have upheld for thousands of years. to some extent, good manners far outweigh other moral qualities. for any college student, who has an access to higher education, showing regard for others in manners, speech, behavior is so important that others can judge his/her moral character by it.

college students are supposed to express respect in words, by manner, by act. however, some of them fail to achieve it, which is a growing problem in this ancient land. some students are to blame for their impolite and rude attitude toward others. many children have the misfortune to be born in a disadvantageous atmosphere of developing polite habits. they should feel the pressing need to remedy these defects and learn to practice the courteous habits.

in my eyes, it is a great mistake to think of courtesy as a kind of veneer or ornament rather than as a serious and practical thing. so we must act and speak politely.

A teacher will do his or her job smoothlyand happily in the class where the students have good manners. If you ask for a help, you should be careful of your manners. Almost everyone likes to serve the person with good manners.

On the contrary, no one likes a person with bad manners. A person with bad manners will be refused everywhere. We dislike those who spit at random, who speak aloud in the library, and who smoke with a lady aside. They are all bad manners which are impolite to others. Those with bad manners may be considered as lacking in knowledge and self cultivation. People even do not want to talk with them. The seats in our school reading-room are not enough for all the students. Many people get there very early to ‘seize‘ a seat every day. So do I. One day a ‘special‘ thing happened to me. And I learned a lesson that I shall never forget.

It happened on a Wednesday morning last January, just before our final examation. I got to the reading-room very early to occupy a seat. I put a book on the desk and then went to have breakfast. But when I hurried back into the reading-room, I found someone was sitting on the seat which I had occupied in advance. I ran to him immediatly and shouted at him angrily, ‘Go away. It‘s my seat.‘ Everyone raised their eyes and stared at me unfriendly. My face turned red and I felt ashamed of myself. I took my book and fled helter-skelter before so many eyes.

I dared not go to the reading-room for several days. I learned a lesson in the reading-room. Since then I have been keeping the lesson in mind: To be polite to everyone.

Impolite words will destroy the good impression. Manner is the mirror of who we are.
