　　人的一生有许多第一次。这个第一次有新奇，有高兴，有悲伤，也有紧张。不管如何，第一次都给我们深刻的印象。

　　There are many firsts in one's life. For the first time, there was novelty, joy, sadness and tension. Anyway, it impressed us for the first time.

　　第一次学活力板时，我一直扶着墙慢慢地滑，到了没扶手时我就后脚使劲摇摆，但是我失败了，我不服在试，仍然，我又倒下来了，经过多次的磨练，我终于学会了活力板。
