　　各位老师、亲爱的同学们：

　　大家好！

　　今天，我们将有来自世界各地的17名留学生通过通信留学生“1+1”活动加入我们本科2014级的15个班级，在此，让我代表通信学院对各位留学生表示热烈的欢迎。同时，我也要向大力支持通信留学生活动的国际合作与交流处表示诚挚感谢。

　　通信留学生“1+1”活动以通信学院、国际教育学院两个学院学生为主体，开展各类活动。活动帮助留学生更好地融入中国生活的同时也拓宽了我们同学们的国际视野。加强留学生与我们的同学们的交流，使双方建立起友谊和长期稳定的联系，并以互帮互助的形式达到双方共同成长共同进步的目的。

　　“1+1”不仅代表了通信学院加上国际教育学院两个学院共同参与此次活动，更代表了留学生与中国学生两个群体，各出一份力，为彼此提供帮助的美好愿景。希望我们能通过此项目，使双方都有所收获，进而达到培养具有国际意识、国际交往能力、国际竞争能力的创新型人才的目的，收货一加一大于二的效果。

　　同学们，大学的任务是探索、创新和传播高深知识，而知识具有普遍性。21世纪经济全球化和信息技术的发展使文化学术交流成为时代的主题，知识的传播已跨越了国界。高等教育呈现出教育国际化、大学功能一体化、教育信息化、学科交叉综合化的总趋势，尤其是随着中国在全球事务中越来越发挥着举足轻的作用，人才培养的国际化已不再是一个选项而是必须。

　　在此，我对同学们提几点希望：1.希望同学们能够通过互相交流学习，感受到不同文化差异碰撞出的火花。扩大各自的生活圈，见识不一样的世界。通过互相学习，互相磨合，培养自身的跨文化素养，帮助大学生的情感、态度、价值观水平的提升。

　　2.希望我们的同学能够发扬中华民族亲仁善邻的传统美德。与留学生互相尊重，相互关心，帮助留学生更加自然的融入中国的大学生活，感受到来自异国友人的热情。希望我们彼此双方，都能以真心去经营双方得之不易的特殊友谊。

　　3.希望“1+1”项目能够成为打开国际视野，培养创新思维的新桥梁。全面深入的交流模式，不仅能提高同学们的外语水平、学术水平，还能够促使同学们形成“中西合璧”的创新思维模式，为我们科大培养具有国际背景的创造性人才打下良好基础。
