Health is the “gold”, but it can not be weighed by money, it is above wealth. Some people will say, “wealth can give me famous cars, beautiful coats and large houses, what does the health can take for me?” “ only the health,” I have to say, “but if given the wealth you have been longing for so many years, on condition that depriving your health. will you agree?” Most of us will deny this deal, but there may be a few people want to have a try, like the man who sell his kidney(肾) just to get an iphone . losing his health, he must regret now. Health is the number “1”,all the others are the number “0”,without “1”, even if more “0” is just “0”.

Health include two parts, one is the physical health, the other is the mental health. This time, I just talk about the physical health.

Good morning everyone .I am honored to make a speech here, The theme of my speech today is the importance of health.

Nowadays,the pressure of human working is becoming heavier and heavier,health comes to be a hot topic that people love to discuss. As the saying goes, . Health is the number “1”,

career,dream, wealth, friendship or other things are the number

“0”behind it. Without “1”, even if more “0” is just “0”. Indeed,Health is very important to life. Without a healthy body, everything else will not exist.

Now, however, many people are unhealthy. There are many reasons for this.

The first one is that many people are used to staying up late. Lack of sleep can cause mental and physical exhaustion.And staying up late every day will affect their health.

The second is lack of exercise. Exercise can strengthen our physical,so that our body does not easily get sick.However, some people do not have time to exercise,and some other people are too lazy to exercise.

The third one is that people don’t have good eating habits.Most people pay little attention to diet,just eat what they like to eat,even junk food.

The next one is being addicted to computer #url#puter screen radiation seriously harms our eyes, and affects our brain

waves. So don’t play computer games all day, otherwise, it would be unthinkable.

The last one is the pressure. It includes two aspects. One is the pressure of learning, and the other is the pressure of life.

There is a saying ,you don’t know what happiness is until you lose it,you don’t know what health is until you are ill. So from now on we should focus on our health.

Well,what should we do to keep healthy?

First, hold an active and optimistic attitude toward life.

Second, live a regular life and keep a balanced diet.

What's more, enough time should be set aside for exercises in addition to sleep and rest.

And then, you must give up the habits that damage your health, such as smoking and drinking too much alcohol.

Finally, be sure to have your physical checkup regularly.

Whenever you are found to have any disease, you should have it timely treated.

As for me, I have always been taking care to have proper sleep and relaxation. In my spare time I like swimming, and playing

badminton. And I often feel very happy. So I always stay healthy.

Nothing is more important than health,I think.we don’t have energy to study and work without healthy.

Anyway, a healthy life is within reach when you begin to adjust your mind and body.
