Good morning, ladies and gentlemen.

My name is XXX, I am X years old and I have been working in the XXX for one and a half years.

And now, I would like to begin my speech with a story.

Three young guys finally got the God through the trials and the errors. They were eager to ask God for help. Right after the God asked what they want, the first man claim I want a big courtyard, the second man claim I want a farmstead, and the third one want a bar of gold. God promised them. At last, the first man was given a pile of bricks, the second a bag of seed and the third a maof sand.

Yes, those who want things be come true to all of a sudden, eventually everything will be a bubble just like no foundation tantamount to build a house. In the end, it will definitely collapse. I believe only step by step to get small things done, what you want will be come true. Just like the story told us, no ready-made fruit in god’s hand.

Today’s topic is youth shining on site. I am just ordinary but you know, diamond cannot be shining without friction, while with friction, humble stone also could be shining. I believe growth takes time. Just be full of patience, be full of indomitable spirit to move forward and this is my growth process, this is my shining process.

I want to say that human’s life is not a flat road, its hard to go through this world by ourselves. But we are a team, a family for we have the same goal. I will put my small shining into my family in the long run and I believe each of trickle gather being the sea, each of star gather shining the sky. Just like we have five fingers on one hand, but when we put five fingers together, it is a fist!

现在，我想首先用一个小故事开始我的演讲。

今天的主题“青春在岗位上闪光”。我只是一个普普通通的人，但你知道，未经打磨的钻石不会闪耀，经过打磨的石头同样发光。我相信成长是需要时间的，只要充满耐心和坚韧不拔的精神往前走就好，这就是我成长的过程，我发光的过程。

我想说，人生的道路不平坦，一个人的力量很难走下去，但我们是一个团队，是一个大家庭，因为我们有着共同的目标。我相信，涓涓细流汇聚成海点点星光辉映苍穹。就像我们的五根手指，当它握起来时，就是一个拳头！

尊敬的各位领导，各位同仁，大家好！

有一种职业，它联系着千家万户，传递心与心的交流；有一种职业，它使您无论身处何方，都能沟通无极限。它，就是我们为之付出全部身心的移动通信事业。

有一种追求，看似平凡渺小，却成就着不凡的业绩；有一种追求，看似朴实无华，却辉煌着人的一生，那就是：奉献创造美！

我今天讲演的题目是――奉献。

朋友们：

我们曾听过这样的感叹：我生不逢时，没赶上英雄时代，要不然我也会名扬天下！我们也听到过类似的抱怨：我时运不佳，没摊上一个好岗位，否则咱也能露露脸！

是啊，普通的工作岗位，我们都很平凡。但我要说，伟大正寓于平凡之中，在我们身边就有许多默默无闻、爱岗敬业、追求奉献的普通员工。

XX，网优中心一名普通员工，但却对工作充满激情。这些年来，她始终精神饱满的去面对工作中的压力和挑战，无私的把自己那份真挚的感情献给了自己的工作岗位。站址勘察、高速测试，不知道翻过了多少个山头，足迹几乎遍及了张家口的每个乡村。还记得全省网优会战，她早起晚归、刻苦钻研，进行技术攻关，终于使掉话指标达到优秀。一中心连心大型文艺汇演，她冒雨赶回机房进行话务调整，使得现场中国移动用户又一次高昂起骄傲的头。除夕夜话务高峰，当人们合家团聚，围坐在电视机前观看春节联欢晚会的时候，她却默默的守在终端前，时刻关注着网络变化，及时做出各种参数调整，确保网络畅通。她的奉献得到了回报，春节期间通过网络调整，在没有新增设备投资的情况下，有效挽救10万爱尔兰话务量，相当于一个月从30天增加到32天。

奉献是一种付出，既然是付出就意味着代价。作为公司技术骨干，她以身作则，勤勤垦垦的工作，在家庭和事业的天平上，她从来都是毫不犹豫的选择后者。每次提起家庭，她总是心存愧疚。是的，她不是一个好妈妈，女儿今年七岁，读一年级了，可作为母亲的她一次也未接送过女儿上学。由于工作需要，她经常下县，很晚才能回家，只能见到睡梦中的女儿。时间长了，孩子跟她的感情也有些疏远。她也不是一个好女儿，父亲年事渐高，各种疾病开始缠身，而她只能在电话里问及他的身体，默默乞求上天保佑他平安。

她常说，工作态度决定工作质量，只有从工作本身去理解工作，才能深入其中，克服单调和乏味，不再感到劳碌和辛苦。是的，工作给予我们的永远要比我们为之付出的更多，一个人能够勤奋工作并乐在其中，是多么幸运埃

连续两年她都被评为市先进工作者，今年又获得了河北移动2004年度省级劳模的光荣称号。因为她的奉献，她当之无愧！

有爱岗敬业的好员工，自然也有爱岗敬业的好领导。武汰然在担任网优中心主任5年以来，凭着自己熟练的业务知识和高超的管理艺术，带出了一支团结进娶无私奉献、围绕市场变

化快速反应的网优队伍。付出总有回报，这支队伍得到了领导和同事们的认可，网优中心被评为2004年度先进集体。

奉献在团队拼搏中体现，在我的身边，还有许许多多这样的人和事：
