听力篇
一、听力要每天坚持练，那么练什么内容呢?如果你现在已经没有时间去找听力素材，那么建议以听课本录音为主，每天坚持听，让自己保持听的感觉比几天不听，然后找一天听几个小时更有效。
二、周末进行加强训练。到书店买本《step by step》的听力书，然后利用周末训练听力。先一句一句暂停着听，并且把上面能填的单词填上，从头到尾反复听到将原文还原为止。在这个过程中无法避免会有自己不认识的词，你可能会听到几个字母，你也要把它记下来。直到你整篇文章中会的单词都填完了，只剩下生词，就可以开始对原文查词了。这个做法是为了让你真正把一篇文章听到骨髓。
口语篇
