1.bye也说bye-bye，都是比较随意的再见，如：Bye!see you next week.美国人也说bye for HOW，如：Bye for now Dad!Good-bye比bye和bye-bye略微显得正式一点。如：She didn't even say goodbye to her mother.她甚至没有跟妈妈说声再见。We waved them goodbye.我们向他们挥手告别。
2.注意see和look之间的区别。see的意思是看见，而look的意思是“看”的`动作，至于看没看见，就不包含在内。如：He looked at恤e blackboard，but cotfldn't see anythulg on it.
3.1ate晚，比较级是later。We're going to Rome later in the year.我们年内晚些时候到罗马去。
4.Good night晚安，用在晚上睡觉前，后面可以接上一句Good night and See you in the morning.晚安，明天早上见。
5.1uck的意思是“幸运;运气”，如：With luck，well be home before dark.如果一切顺利的话，我们可在天黑前回到家。We wish her luck in her new career.我们祝愿她在新的事业中一帆风顺。

1.1ater常常跟on在一道组成词组later on，意思还是“后来”，例如：At first things went well，but later on we rail into trouble.起初事情进展的很顺利，但后来我们碰到
2.含有night的词组有很多，下面请看night常见的词组：at night在夜晚，注意night的前面没有冠词the，而m the morning，in the afterilooil，in the evening都有冠词。如：These animals only come out at night.这些动物只在晚上出来。last night.昨晚，如：Did you hear the storm last night?你听到昨晚的暴风雨了吗?On the night of在某天的晚上，如：He was born On the night of the 10 January.他出生于一月10日的夜晚。have a good/bad night.夜里睡得好/糟，如：1 wish you had a good night.希望你晚上睡得好。day and night/night and day日日夜夜，如：The Ilia-chine are kept ruima喀night and day.这些机器夜以继日运转着。all night整个晚上，如：I lay awake all night.我一夜没睡。
3.sorry常见的结构是be sorry for/about sth，意思是“为什么而惭愧;过意不去”，例如：We are very sorry a-bout the damage to your car.损坏了你的车，我们真是过意不去。sorry也有比较级和最高级，他们是sorrier和sorri-est，举个例子：No one is sorrier than I anl bout what happened.发生了这样的事，我比谁都难过。
