1、what can you tell me something about you?
OK, my name is liwenxiang, 22. I am a hard-working student, because i stick to the saying “no pains ,no gains!”. Of course, be honest is my principle.what’s more, to be responsible is my bright spot since i have been monitor for 7 years. About my habits, i like sports, such as swimming、running and badminton. I often play badminton with my classmates if we have spare time. About activity, i’m always glad to join some activities since i can make some new friends and i can have a chance relax myself. That’s all. Thank you!
2、What would you like to be doing after your postgraduate graduation?
Ok , after my postgraduate graduation, i hope i can use what i have learned to do some studies about my interested fields. of course, i really hope that i have the chance to learn further, i wish i will be a expert in a certain field one day and have ability to make some contributions for it.
3、What is your greatest strength?
Ok,hard-working is my bright spot. For me, no matter i will meet how many difficult I will stick to my direction and work hard to solve them.
4、 What is your greatest weakness?
Ok, i have some weaknesses, but the greatest weakness is that i’m not confident enough, as you know, i am a little nervous now. Of course, I am trying my best to get over it , i hope i will be more and more confident day by day.
5、How do you feel about your progress to date?
Ok. I think these progress have direct relationship with my hard working. I always believe that “no pains no gains”. Of course those progresses have been the past, i will continue to try my best to make more progresses.
6、Why do you choose our school?
Ok. I make the decision to choose the university of zhengjiang /tsinghua university for some reasons. First,the school is so famous that studying here is my dream for a long time. However, the more important reason is the good academic atmosphere, i believe that i can learn more in here.of course, the ability of professor is also a factor, as you know, the professors in here is very outstanding. Think about these , i choose here.
7、 Why do you think you are qualified for doing studying ?
(or what’s your strength? )
Ok. I choose to do research ,i have some strength, but if i am qualified for it or not,i don’t know. First, i like doing some study, especially for what i’m interested in.meanwhile, i enjoy the feel after i have some new discovery. Then, i am a hard working student, no matter how much difficult i will meet,i will try my best to solve them. What’s more, i am very careful and patient. The more important is i am glad to spend my time to my research field although i may make no progress in a long time.
8、Do you have any question to ask us?
Yeah. First ,Thank you for giving me the chance. I want to ask dear professors what characteristics do we need when we do scientific research?
9、Why do you want to learn further?
Ok. There are some reasons for choosing to learn further.first, i think what i have learned and mastered is too little, but i really want to do some research in my interested fields, so i should learn further. Then ,as we all know, the modern world is competitive, thus i should learn more and be outstanding so that i can surpass others.what’s more, as you know, i am old son of a poor family, so i really hope i can bring some good change for my family through my hard work for some years.these are the reasons for my choice.
10、What’s your plans in the postgraduate study? Ok. For my postgraduate study, first, i will work hard to learn and master the basic knowledge and skills so that i have strong basement for scientific research. Then, i’m glad to do some research following senior so that i will accumulate some precious experience. finally, i also hope i can do some research for my interested fields by myself and make some contributions for them. Of course, i also wish i can have the chance to study for my doctorate degree.that’s my present plan for postgraduate study, thanks.
11、Can you tell me something about your hometown?
Ok. As you know,my hometown is a little town, its economy is not developed, but i really like it very much. In there, i can have fresh air, i don’t need to have high speed life, i also don’t need to worry the street will be busy. What’s the most important is there are my loved people in here,including my families and my good friends. So i think my hometown will be a stumble for my life.
12、Can you tell me something about your family? Ok. My family is full of love and i really enjoy the time with my families.there are four members in my family, my parents my brother and me.my father is easy-going and humorous, he always can bring happiness for us.of course, i respect my father from the bottom of my heart since he always paying for the family without any complaint. My mom is very young but strict sometimes.my brother is very active but he is a lazy bones.in a word, i love my family, i enjoy the time when we are together.

第一印象很重要
当我们即将踏入复试现场，从进入到说第一句话之前，短短几秒内，我们的肢体语言可以给导师留下初步的印象。面对未知的导师、未知的问题以及我们的希望，所以这段时间也是最紧张的。
通常我们下意识的会有很多的小动作不自觉的表现出我们的紧张，例如双手互绞、触摸颈部、耳朵、头发、身上装饰等。一旦有一位面带微笑、自信、不紧张、不张扬、不傲慢的`学生出现，则会给导师潜意识留下一个非常深刻的印象。

落座放松得体很重要
俗语说站有站相，坐有坐相。入座时要轻而缓，走到座位面前转身，轻稳地坐下，不应发出嘈杂的声音，更不可以跷二郎腿。女士应用手把裙子向前拢一下。
坐下后，上身保持挺直，头部端正，目光平视前方或交谈的导师。坐姿也有很多注意的方面，不要紧贴着椅背坐，不要坐满，坐下后身体要略向前倾。一般以坐满椅子的三分之二为宜。这既可以让你腾出精力轻松应对导师的提问，也不至让你过于放松。

回答问题眼神交流很重要
在人类发展的历史长河中，眼睛一直是我们最为关注的器官，它对人类行为习惯造成的影响，人们常说眼睛是心灵的窗户，同时眼神的互相接触有时能够控制谈话的局面。我们面试时，也可以用眼神与导师交流，博得导师好的印象。
你的目光要时刻注视着导师，表示你在注意听他讲话，切不可以瞪着或目光呆滞地盯着导师，只要看着对方的眼部或是鼻梁就行了，否则会使人感到很不舒服。复试面试导师不只一位，你回答一位导师的问题时还要适当、不时地用目光扫视一下其他人，以示尊重。

回答问题面部表情很重要
疑问、不开心，沮丧，绝望，愤怒或紧张这些情绪都会通过我们的面部表现出来。导师的地位决定导师的随意程度，导师经过一天的面试，也会疲劳，也会不耐烦。
导师也会做一些“出格”的举动。比如跷二郎腿、闭目养神等等。导师的主要责任是考察你，要选择他喜欢的学生作为他的弟子，难免要刁难一下你，测验你的心里能力与为人处世能力，主要看你的表现。
不要觉得这是对你的不礼貌，其实这也是一种文化。这时如果你显出不满的神情，就会给人留下不好相处的印象。一直以微笑示人，不仅能表现你的尊重，更能体现你自信、大方、友好。对着镜子练习一下自己微笑的样子，用你微笑的表情控制全场，成功一定属于你。

回答问题举手投足很重要
聆听导师讲话时，对方说话时，要时有点头，表示自己听明白了，或正在注意听。身体别乱动，面试中，不可仰头靠在座位背上或低着头注视地面或是东张西望;不要把两腿直伸开去，或反复不断地抖动。这些都是缺乏教养和傲慢的表现。
同时也要不时面带微笑，当然也不宜笑得太僵硬。总之，一切都要顺其自然，尽量通过你的肢体语言给对方留下深刻的印象。但是不要过于频繁的出现动作，这有可能影响导师对你的关注度。
我们讲话都有一个习惯，边说话边用一些手势反应自己想表达的意思，尤其实在公共场合，也许有的学生看过名人演讲，他们也会用手势，而且能给自己造出声势，表现也不错。
但是在不同场合手势的使用是不一样的，你作为一名考生来回答老师的问题，不要让老师感觉你是在演讲，这会给导师造成负面的印象我们在回答老师的问题，要表现谦虚与对老师的尊重。
