　　人天生就对音乐有着非常熟悉的感觉，但是怎样通过音乐正确学习拍子呢。

　　如果说音乐的节奏是拍子，那么身体的节奏就是律动。律动就是舞蹈特有的感觉，身体的摇摆或上下起伏，可以体现出动作的节奏性，就是把动作按照一定的速度与音乐结合表达出来，然后保持律动，在律动的基础上加动作，因此律动成为了舞蹈的核心内容，同时也是骨子里特有的东西，是让舞蹈拥有灵魂的重要元素之一。每当我们听到一首歌曲的时候，第一反应就是身体会不自觉的动起来，身体的节奏和音乐的节奏对照，养成律动的习惯，带着律动去跳舞，那么这样的舞蹈跳出来看着比较有活力，看一个人的舞蹈水平就是看他的舞蹈感觉而不是单存看动作，只有不断练习，你才会有进步。

　　爵士舞着重于动作和旋律方面的表演，它的特征是可自由自在的跳，不必像传统式的舞蹈必須局限于一种形式与遵守固有的姿态，但和的士高舞那种完全自我享受的舞蹈又不同，它在自由之中仍有一种旋律的存在。它会配合爵士音乐表現感情，也借助或仿效其他舞蹈技巧。爵士舞的动作简单自由，几乎每个人都能掌握它的基础舞步，但是个人独特风格才是舞动时最令人注目的地方。

　　因为爵士舞的风格是多样化的，只有综合了才能跳出好看的舞蹈，这里再强调一下风格的问题，对于没有基础的同学，任何风格都是适合你的，这是无可非议的！所以不要对自己跳的什么风格一直疑问，有时候你跳的可能是几种爵士舞种类的综合而已，没有任何一个人能光跳一个JAZZ种类，因为很多舞蹈都是综合的，这些都是根据音乐来变化的，不可能说动作始终都是一个类型的。平时学习的时候一定要注意这些小细节哦！
