When it comes to the ability and degree,which is more important in job hunting,some hold that is ability is vital than degree.I,however,assume the degree should gain more attention.This is not to say the ability of job applicants is not important.
There are some main reasons to support this view.First and foremost,higher degree is play a important role in our job-seeking.We often can have word that nowadays interviewers place greater emphasis upon education background.Without being well-educated, You have no chance to send the resume,how to show your ability?Besides,knowledge is a key factor in our future.Different kinds of jobs need the different types of background.If you want to be a scientific researcher,you should get a higher degree. In contrast, there is no special requirements in some service fields.
After pondering this question on many occasions,I have finally arrived that degree is much more important than ability at present.

Life is a journey,during which we are all in desperate need of a true friend.Books,to a large extent,are considered as the best friends of many individuals.However,in contemporary society,due to the accelerated tempo of life,many people are so indulged in the internet that they do not read books any more,thus suffering from moral desertification.Hence,the value of reading books is highlighted again.
Persistent attention should be paid to books for several reasons.First,with a broad coverage of subjects and topics,books enable one to become better.According to a saying,there is no royal road and to learning.What’s more,since time-honored books accumulate the wisdom of ancient talents,it is books that offer people the possibility to attain an in-depth understanding of history and culture.Last but not least,books assist people to fully enjoy their leisure time.
To sum up,it is imperative for people from all walks of life to read books-perpetual friends in human life.Not only should we read masterpieces to realize the ancient wisdom,we should also read all kinds of books selectively to learn human life.

Most of the middle-aged people have to leave their parents to seek for a better life. But their elderly parents at home to take care of themselves.The situation in rural area in more serious,there are no activities for them so that they are busy with the farm work to eke out a living.
Filial piety is a traditional national culture in China.when we are as a child,our parents in order to bring up us,they can give up all things.However, they are becoming increasingly lonely when they ageing from day to day.
it’s our responsibility to care for our parents and our care is what they really need in life. So, no matter how busy you are, remember to care about them, talk to them frequently.

Along with the advance of the society, more and more technologies and innovations are put forward by scientists and other people, thus we attach much importance to protectingthese immaterial things by resorting to intellectual property rights. Although these things are intangible, they are as crucial as the tangible assets we possess. Recently there appear a lot of cases which violate the intellectual property rights and affect the interests of people concerned. How should we deal with this problem?
To begin with, measures should be taken to arouse public awareness so that the majority may acquire a comprehensive understanding of this special property. Next, individuals and organizations who enjoy the property must equip themselves with adequate knowledge of related laws and regulations. Once violated, it’s of great importance for them to refer to the useful tools. Last but not least, it’s the governments responsibility to perfect the system of safe guarding.
As I see it, intellectual property represents the progress of society, so we should exert ourselves to protect it. And the issue of being violated will be solved ultimately if the above measures can be put into practice.
