3. It seems to me & All things considered，皆可用于仔细思考问题或局势时。

4. If you ask me，用于当你的观点于对方十分重要时;
e.g. If you ask me, she has spoilt her children far too much。

5. To be honest &To tell you the truth &To be frank，皆用于知道对方可能不喜欢你的观点时。
