XXX university is a public college of higher education, and has a history of over XX years. XXXX university introduction. With the purpose of establishing a mutual cooperation in the conduction of programmes,projects and activities to be defined in the future, hereby express and confirm the following intents:

1. Either party may propose specific programmes, projects and activities in terms of teaching, research and community services to be conducted by both parties in all areas and sectors of mutual intersets.

2. Once the specific programmes, projects and activities have been defined, the parties agree to formally confirm their commitment thereto in terms of a cooperation agreement, in which the obligations and liablities of each party shall be defined.

3. This letter of intent shall have an effective term of 3 (three) years, after 1

which, depending on the specific cooperation conditions, the two parties will decide wether to renew the letter of intent.
