一、第一步
题目首先是To what extent do you agree or disagree?(所以在你心里要先选好站方)
二、第二步
题目中的重点信息如下：
“space programmes”
“vital public services”
而我们要找到中间逻辑关系：比较关系，有这里有一个比较级存在
因此，整篇文章应该围绕太空项目花的钱和公共服务项目花的钱，两者进行。这些思考完毕之后要和4大评分标准对应起来：
TR是什么?同意钱花在public service的比较好或者同意钱在space programmes上更好。
LR是什么?把出现过的词语进行替换，那么这个题目里有什么可以替换的呢，这是我们在动笔之前需要在意的问题。
CC和GRA是我们更需要注意的，雅思的文章在最后评分的时候，会更加在乎逻辑和角度。对于同学们来说，GRA是你的基本功，需要注意的是，长难句倒装什么的可以不用写，并不是用到的定语从句就一定可以成功的;主要要看内容表达是不是灵活，讲的内容才是你需要掌握的.关键。CC好的作文逻辑一定十分清晰，每一句话都是有关联的，而关联一定是对上面一句话的关联，不可能跳到前面那句去的。段落与段落之间也要有关联，中文叫做前后段落的呼应;当然我们也要特别注意代词的使用。
三、第三步
开始写文章
第一段：
第一句话：背景其实题目已经给到你了，我们只需要改写就好了。这里space programmes可以写成宇宙探索exploration, government这里指的是政府，那我们会说国家政府，国家可以用country，nation，都可以;花费用spend，主语是物的时候我们通常用cost
Governments in some countries spend large amounts of money on space exploration programmes.
这句话包涵的信息就是主题句better的前半部分，in some countries 是名词做修饰词，而大量的经费这里用到的，之后文章中要写可以替换，毕竟many/much 的替换词是背了很多的。
第二句话：你需要亮出你的观点，这里如果用however, in my opinion是显得生硬了许多，且没有体现出CC，也就是和前文没有完整的联系，那我们这里选择使用代词these来替代exploration programmes, 我认为，在我看来，大量资金花在这个上面是浪费，这个观点，我是同意的。这样做到了顺接，且有明显的逻辑连接，体现了CC，但是没有强转折，要知道内在的连接比外在的连接词重要得多得多
I completely agree with the idea that these are a waste of money, and that the funds should be allocated to public services.
因此，我们看到的第一段，把4个评分标准都涉及到了。TR回答了，同意重public service;CC有明显的内在关联;GRA 语法是扣分点，没有错误;LR 简单的替换，做到词语的多样化。这是完整的一个9分的开头。第二、三两段我们要写的是MAIN BODY部分，回忆一下，一句主题，3个观点，一句总结，总结不出我们让步一下，或者举例子。
第二段：
There are several reasons why space programmes should be abandoned. 太空项目必须停止，我是不同意的!
Firstly, it is extremely expensive to train scientists and other staff involved with space missions, and facilities and equipment also come at a huge cost to the government. 培养宇航员和制造设备的特别贵
Secondly, these programmes do not benefit normal people in our daily lives; they are simply vanity projects for politicians. 对于我们普通人没什么用，只是政府的形象工程
Finally, many missions to space fail completely, and the smallest technological error can cost astronauts their lives. The Challenger space shuttle disaster showed us that space travel is extremely dangerous, and in my opinion it is not worth the risk.太空探索很危险，举个例子
第三段：
I believe that the money from space programmes should go to vital public services instead.我是同意需要把钱花在重要的公共设施层面的。
这里要注意了，虽然我们是在讲点，但是也希望可以对照着前面的点来说，第二段我们提到了宇航员和设备，在这里对应的应该是老师和学校，医生和医院，警察与安全设施等等
It is much cheaper to train doctors, teachers, police and other public service workers than it is to train astronauts or the scientists and engineers who work on space exploration projects.
Furthermore, public servants do jobs that have a positive impact on every member of society. For example, we all use schools, hospitals and roads, and we all need the security that the police provide.
注意到了吗，这里用到了连接词叫做furthermore，其实和前面的secondly是一样的用途，只不过它和前一句的逻辑更加明显，一讲完各种职业，那随之想到的是facilities。
最后一句的点和例子都比较难举，所以可以选择让步，如果我们花更少的钱在探索宇宙上，那我们的生活能够脱贫致富了。
If governments reallocated the money spent on space travel and research, many thousands of people could be lifted out of poverty or given a better quality of life.
这里有一些满分的词组可以学习，比如过be lifted out of这样的。
第四段：
In conclusion, my view is that governments should spend money on services that benefit all members of society, and it is wrong to waste resources on projects that do not improve our everyday lives.
