怎样申请美国留学学生签证
美国移民法为赴美留学人员提供了两种非移民签证类别：
“F”签证发放给赴美进行学术学习的留学生。
“M”签证：发放给进行非学术或职业学习的.留学生。
在申请签证前，申请人必须首先申请一所美国学校并被其接收。
为了能顺利拿到学生签证必须准备的申请材料：
1、录取通知书：面试时，请带上美国学校给你的录取通知书。
2、I-20表格：通常情況下，被美国学校录取后，申请者会收到学校寄来的I-20表格。护照：需要注意的是，美国签证申请人的护照必须在接下来的六个月内有效。
3、DS-156(签证申请电子表)，DS-157(非移民签证附加申请)， DS-158(合同信息为申请非移民签证用的工作经历)：这些表格都可以在美国大使馆的网站上找到。
4、签证费收据：申请人缴付美国签证申请费，并在签证当天带上收据。
5、SEVIS收据：你需要带上交纳了100美元美国国土安全费(SEVIS FEE)的收据。这笔费用可在网上支付。
6、学历证明：毕业证书、学位证书等证明，在校学生则需要提供在读证明和学校的成绩单。
7、英语成绩证明：托福、GMAT等英语测试成绩。
8、财力证明：你需要带上银行开具的存款证明，保证你或者你的家庭有一定得经济实力来承担你在美国的学习和生活费用。
9、证明自己在美国以外定居并且不打算放弃定居权。
10、在个人预计到美国后有效期至少为6个月的护照。
11、相应签证费用。
所有申请签证的人需要到美国大使馆进行面前。
美国留学签证办理的黄金期
伴随着不少学生获得学校的offer，美国留学签证办理是当前重要事情，美国签证办理人数越来越多，大家一定要规划好办理时间，若是赶在旺季办理，美国签证办理难度要高，美国留学签证办理时间在4-6月份。
根据美国使馆规定，学生可以在学校开学前4个月之内签证。建议学生条件允许的话应当提早准备签证，对于目前已申请到美国大学录取通知书的学生来说，越早办理签证获签的几率越高。
每年7-8月份的签证率都要低于4-6月。究其原因，签证率降低不仅由于使馆的签证名额限制，还受到各方面因素的制约。
“从美国签证办理的学生的构成来看，高三在读和大四在读学生占到大部分，由于受到高考或论文答辩等影响，基本要集中在6月中旬办理签证。办理的人数多了，签证官对申请人的要求也会相应提高。”
相反，美国留学4-6月间由于办理签证的人数较少，美国留学签证办理时间多集中在办理旅游、探亲、商务签证上，因此赶在4-6月办理不失为一个好时机。
