It is the essentialillustration of yoursuitability for the job, showing how yourskills and experiencematch your employers requirements.
But more than that, it shows your ability to summarize, prioritizeand present information effectively, essential skills intodays jobmarket. It also shows your linguistic andcommunicativeabilities.
Even though employers these days use a variety ofselectiontechniques, such as analyzing your handwriting, a good CVis stillthe single most important part of any application.

Time Management
Your company has found that ineffective time management is oneofthe major problem areas throughout the workforce. You havebeenasked to put forward some suggestions for improvingthesituation.
Discuss, and decide together:Why poor time management can becomeamajor problem in companiesWhat procedures could be adopted toensurethat time is managed effectively.
Zhang: Hi, Ms Wang, you know, our company is sort of outofcontrol these days. Dont you think so?

Zhang: You mean poor time management has caused alltheseproblems. Why?
Wang: When time is not well planned within a company, theyusuallydo not allocate blocks of time to specified tasks. They donot havea definite idea of when they should complete a certaintask. And…
Zhang: And I think they often neglect the ordering ofpriorities.I mean certain tasks need our prior attention. But inour companyevery task is treated on an equal basis, even if it is averyurgent task.
Wang: Thats the point. So time should be planned according totheimportance of the tasks we need to deal with.
Zhang: So what do you think we can do so that time ismanagedeffectively here in our company?
Wang: You mean what procedures we can adopt?
Zhang: Sure. Thats what our boss is asking us to do. center?

Zhang: Another thing we can do is to make all the managers, oreven every staff mr, come up with a job detion of their own.Inthis way, they can be pretty sure about what they areresponsiblefor and what they are not.
Wang: Yes, thats a good idea. And I think, the top managersofour company should come up with a set of rules as to what kindofjobs should be given priority to. In this way, we can makesurethat important tasks are dealt with first.
Zhang: Good idea. So to sum up, our company should run afewtraining programs, and every staff mr should write a job detionoftheir own.
Wang: And rules should be made as to what kind of job shouldbegiven priority to.
