　　1、看原版电影，双语字幕的。先看一遍。然后，重新开始看，每几分钟就重复几次，直到每个词都听清楚了。再然后，逐句跟读。即，先听几句，以短期记忆的方式背下。回滚重放，并试图跟上电影中语速同时说出。一开始简直哑巴，值得花很多时间来做。
