Well, personally, I agree with this statement. To begin with, the most importantthing when choosing a friend is whether or not he or she is a decent andgenuine person and it has nothing to do with the opinions and perspectives heor she holds. People can have different views and ideas on social and politicalissues, and they might have different hobbies, likes and dislikes, however, westill can be friends with people who might disagree with us. For example, Ibelieve that the top priority of university is to attend social activities,which is very conducive to developing social skills. However, my friend Alexbelieves students should focus on schoolwork. Even though, we have differentopinions on this issues, however, we are still friends.
