●learnantonyms（反义词）fornewwords．anantonymisawordthatmeanstheoppositeofanotherword．learninganantonymforeachnewwordcanhelpyouincreaseyourvocabulary．forexample，badisanantonymforgood．
●studywordroots．manyenglishwordshavelatinroots．whenyoulearnoneroot，youcanoftenlearnmanynewwords．forexample，thelatinrootportmeanstocarry，andthisrootisfoundinmanyenglishwordslikethefollowing：export，import，support，andtransport．
●learnprefixes（前缀）．prefixesaresmallgroupsoflettersthatyouputinfrontofwordstogivethemdifferentmeanings．forexample，youcanputin-，un-，ornon-infrontofmanyadjectives（形容词）togivethemanegativeoroppositemeaning．thewordflexibledescribesapersonorthingthatcanchangeorbechangedeasily．inflexiblemeansjusttheopposite．
