  Pepys and his wife Jane had asked some friends to dinner on Sunday,September 2nd,1666.They were up very late on the Saturday evening,getting everything ready for the next day,and while they were busy they saw the glow of a fire start in the sky.By 3 oclock on the Sunday moning,its glow had become so bright that Jane woke her husband to watch.it.Pepys slipped on his dressing gown and went to the window to watch it.It seemed fairly far away,and after a time he went back to bed.When he got up in the morning,it looked,though the fire was dying down,as though he could still see some flames.So he set to work to tidy his room and put his things back where he wanted them.

  在这里,我们从两种思路谈谈整体上的阅读理解技巧。一种是从常规着手,先审题,后阅读全文,寻找信息,解答题目。另一种从非常规着手,先看题目,后找答案。

  ①常规着手,做阅读理解题。多数情况下,在时间充裕的情况时,我们可以采取这种普遍的方式做题。

  1.审看题目:一些有标题阅读理解文章就提前透露出该篇文章的主要信息,考生要仔细审读。有小标题的,则为考生总结了各部分的内容。这些标题对于我们了解文章中心与主题,理解文章都大有好处。

  2.速读全文,并不需要特意捕捉任何字面信息。考生可以根据自己阅读经验,对一些敏感之处用笔划出。在速读的瞬时根据文章结构判定哪些是重点,哪些是非重点,哪些要读的慢些,哪些可以读的快些,甚至略读。阅读中,考生不要特别拘泥计较一两处的不解或生词。

  3.细读文章题目和选项,发觉各选项的不同之处。遇到一些浅层问题就短时记忆做答。对一些有较大难度的题目,可以根据文章作者的思路、态度和观点出发,明确考查点做答。

  4.二审题目与复读文章。复读文章可采用跳读,考生只阅读与题目有关系的段落和内容。在跳读中,考生挑选出与题目选项有关的一些关键词、主题句,作为自己判断的依据。考生可以运用对应法、排除法、推测法、归纳法、比较法等确定答案,而对于词句艰深的阅读题,可根据文章大意大胆推测,确定答案。

  5.少数一时答不出的题可暂时跳过,待一段时间再回过来补做,切不可花费太多时间。

  ②非常规着手,做阅读理解题目。

  1.先浏览题目提问和选项,带着问题去阅读文章。考生这样做,可以明确考试试题的内容和要求,有针对性的在文章中寻找答案。同时也有助于考生调动自己在某方面的经验和知识帮助阅读理解。不过在快速阅读中,仍然建议考生要阅读每段文章的第一句和最后一句,以便能从整体上了解文章整体结构和脉络。

  2.灵活对待一些时间、地点、人物和机构的阅读题目。考生可根据题目的内容,快速找出特殊的单词和数字,无须理会其他信息的干扰。

  3.一般,题目设计者会按照阅读短文叙述情节的先后来安排题目的先后次序。答题时,最好按已有的次序来逐个做题。前面的问题在文章前面找答案,后面的题目一般可在后面或全文中找答案。

  注意:这种非常规做法,不太适合阅读能力属于中下等以下水平的考生,容易造成时间浪费和对题目的畏惧感。

  特别提醒:
