　　这道题目其实就是类似于一封建议信的水平。由于题目给出的信息不多，就需要自己适当构(xia)思(bian)内容。这时候就有一个窍门：英文写作=中文写作+英文翻译。先是用中文组织语言，这样难度会比直接用英语组织语言容易得多;然后再翻译成英文。翻译的过程中注意：要用标准的书面中文组织语言，才能翻译成标准的书面英文。否则，用口头中文组织语言会在翻译中错误百出。
