　　Its not uncommon that some journalists make up false or misleading stories about celebrities, illnesses, crimes, etc. Take celebrities for example. The death of the famous writer Jin Yong appeared in several news reports recently, which proved to be false.

　　People may wonder why so many journalists cook up false stories. More often than not, the reason is all about personal interests. Most journalists create misleading news in order to draw public attention so as to make themselves more popular or to win certain prizes. To achieve these goals, they try to get something out of nothing and rumour about famous figures regardless of those peoples privacy.

　　Now, its high time for Chinas journalism supervisory bodies to deal with the false news reports. They should take stringent measures to prevent all possible false news. For instance, journalists who are found to manipulate news should be severely punished and could be banned from news writing for ten years or more.

This seems a piece of good news for us at first glance,but we have to notice the unfavorable side of this matter. that is, now almost all young people have some experiences of being misguided,sometimes even on their critical decisions and in their values of life.

　　It is a horrible fact that we must attach importance to and deal with immediately because when teeming with lies and misinformation. young people are unlikely to form a correct view of life and the world. Therefore, measures should be taken to battle against the false information and create a clean environment of the internet. In my view, the first step is to foster the students’ability of critically discern the information. In addition, our government should formulate some laws and rules to tighten the control of various platforms to decrease the false information.

　　In conclusion, with the efforts of our government and individuals, I firmly believe that the misleading information will decrease and will vanish from the internet one day.
