The winter vacation goes by unconsciously. I experienced a lot and learned a lot both about subjects and life. And I want to introduce a new member of my family to you. It’s a pot of flowers.
“I still remember the flowers we buy last year. The flowers blossomed really amazing. So I buy another one this year!” as I heard my mum’s voice, a pot of flowers appeared in my house. Since then, it became the apple in my mum’s eye. But the bud didn’t open yet, so it didn’t interest me at all.
My mum took care of it every day. “Can it bloom” “Trust me, it can give you surprise.” Answer my mum. Several days later, some bud opened. The house became muchlivelier with the decoration of the floret. I admitted that I underrated it. “How gorgeous will it be” I thought.
Unwittingly and quietly, New Year’s Eve came.When all of us were watching TV, these flowers already blossomed gorgeously and exudes a light fragrance. All of us stopped from watching TV to appreciate the flowers. “See, how wonderful it is!” My mum said approvingly.

换而言之，如果把那位美国白领看作是“希望工程”，而那个乞丐就是被资助的人，你会怎么做？会像那个乞丐一样？还是……？
做为青少年，做为一个有素质的青少年，我们要学会感恩，学会奉献，但对我们来说，学习是第一位，我们受着资助，我们享受着生活，我们的生活充满了希望，因为希望工程的存在，就有了希望的存在，我们带着希望在感恩中成长，在感恩中我们学会奉献，将我们所拥有的奉献给那些需要帮助的人，将“希望工程”的精神代代相传。
