Good afternoon!
It’s my honor to stand here to give a speech with the title of “Dreams Lighten My Life”. I’m Li Hua, a seventeen-year-old school boy, who loves my own country China very much and is interested in the astronomy.
Everyone has dreams. I fall in love with astronomy since I was just seven years old and I am always addicted to everything about astronomy so I have been always dreaming to be an astronomer. I enjoy the feeling when I lay under the smooth moonlight and greet back to thousands of stars when they greet me though blinking their eyes. To explore the universe is always my desire, no matter through the telescope or visiting the universe in a spaceship on my own.
But I won’t let the dream just be a dream. I’ll make it light my life though my action. Now my dream is guiding me work for the life being an astronomer. I study hard in all my subjects and especially physics. I also read various books about astronomy in my spear time such as the brief history of time, the relativity and some astronomy text books used in college. In order to help me understand what I read from books better I join some MOOCs. Accumulating knowledge day by day, I am working hard to achieve my dream.
All in all, being an astronomer is my great dream which is leading and will continuously guiding my life and is sure to lighten my whole life as long as I follow it and keep working hard towards it. And I believe anyone who has a dream and work hard on it will finally achieve it.

Underlying these relative choices, though, is the choice to be conscious of what we are, which is love, or to be unconscious of it. When we choose to be conscious of it, we choose love. We will still exist in the relative world of opposites and choices and cause and effect, and we will need to make our way here, but doing so with an awareness that we are all made of this love will enable us to be more playful, more joyful, more loving and wise, as we make our way. Ultimately, the choices we make will shed light on the love that makes us all one, enabling those who have forgotten to return to the source.
This world makes it easy to forget this great love, which is part of why we are here. We are here to remember and, when we forget to remember again, to choose love

napoleon died aged 52 on st helena in the south atlantic where he had been banished after his defeat at waterloo.
his post mortem showed he died of stomach cancer, but it has been suggested arsenic poisoning or over-zealous treatment was to blame.
now swiss researchers say his trousers show he lost weight prior his death, confirming he had cancer.
the research, by scientists from the anatomical pathology department of the university hospital in basel and the institute of medical history at the university of zurich, looked at 12 pairs of napoleons trousers.
four were from before his eile and eight were pairs he wore during the si years he spent in eile on st helena, including the pair he wore while dying.
the researchers also collated information from post mortems on the weights of patients who had died of stomach cancer.
they then measured the waists of healthy people to work out the correlation between that measurement and their actual weight.
this information was then used to calculate napoleons weight in the months leading up to his death.
the largest pair of trousers napoleon wore had a waist measurement of 110cm; those he wore just before his death measured 98cm.
this, they say, shows he lost between 11 and 15kg over the last si months of his life.
the swiss team says the presence of arsenic in napoleons hair, the source of the poisoning theory, was linked to his enthusiasm for wine.
