语文课学习的是我们中国的汉语字词，数学学习的是和数字、图形有关的知识，而英语课学习的则是一门外国的语言，主要在外国使用，但现在我们国家与英国、美国、法国、澳大利亚等国家联系的越来越多，为了能与外国人交流，为了长大能有机会出国留学，所以我们现在要学习英语。
我们班的英语课是周老师教的，上课的时候，她最喜欢把我们分成小组来比赛，一共分为八小组，哪一队小组得的红花多，则哪一组就可以得到贴纸。所以我们上课很有积极性，都争着回答问题。但是我曾经发现有一位同学英语书上的'贴纸并不都是周老师奖给他的，有些是他从家里拿来自己贴上去的，周老师发的贴纸我都认得。我觉她不应该那么做，应该靠自己的实力去争取奖励。
我本人很喜欢上英语课，我现在已经得到了十二张贴纸，本来今天就可以用其中的十张向周老师换礼物的，但今天的礼物我都不喜欢，等到有我喜欢的礼物时，我再去换。
上英语课的时候，周老师经常要求我代表大家上黑板做题，可能是因为我举手举的漂亮，我也十分乐意上去做题，我现在仍然是班里的英语科代表，我为此感到很快乐，因为这是件很光荣、很自豪的事情。
