我的兔子 My Rabbits
One day，my mother bought two little rabbits for me.I’m very happy.
From that on，the two little rabbits became my good friends. They have two little ears， red eyes，with white and fat boby. They’re marvellous.
Everyday，they play with each other happily. One day，I couldn’t find them. I asked my mother: ”Where are they? ” My mother told me that She didn’t know. At last，I found them in the grass. They were very dirty. I was angry，but when I looked at their lovely faces，I was happy again.
I love my little rabbits，and they love me. They are my good friends forever.

今天，就是我们期盼已久的表演了。
我们要表演的课文内容是Ben去看病。
王越演Ben，我演他的妈妈，杜涛演医生。
我紧张极了，这可是我人生中的第一次演戏。英语组长于晴拎着她准备的道具，走了上来。台下的同学们都万分期待，她拿出一件女式白衬衫，给杜涛这个大男生穿上，可是扣子总是扣不上，因为杜涛太胖了，顿时，班上一片哄堂大笑。
好不容易穿上了，我们三人搬着椅子坐在讲台桌边准备就绪，于晴又拿出一顶足有30厘米的`白色纸帽子，说：“医生怎么可以没有帽子呢！”她给杜涛戴上，班上又一阵大笑，因为这活脱脱是一顶厨师帽啊！英语老师也忍不住笑了起来。于晴的袋子里简直是个百宝箱，她拿出一个听诊器，还拿出一个病历本，一把笔，一根体温计，一瓶水，每拿出一样，班上的笑声就此起彼伏，连绵不断。
我们这组是脱稿背诵对话内容，现在，我紧张的心情得以放松，顺溜地背出了对话。总之来说，这次表演很顺利。
在大家的欢声笑语中，表演就这样结束了，我们组得了第一。在这样的氛围下学习，我相信我们班的成绩一定会越来越好的！

“教书育人”是我们教师的使命。我们既要教书，又要育人。而第斯多惠说过“教学的艺术不在于传授本领，而在于关于激励、唤醒、鼓舞。”我对此深有体会。乡镇的教学工作，单单去研究如何进行教学还不行，我们更多的'是主动积极地去争取家庭教育和学校教育的紧密联系，家长的教育意识毕竟不如城里的家长。而对于学生，我们更多的要给予关爱，尤其是一些比较“野”的学生，不容忽略某一个学生，要独具慧眼地发现他们身上的潜能，鼓励他们不断主动探索，发扬民主精神。
在学生中树立良好的教师形象，让学生敬畏你。这算是成功了一半。既让学生敬佩你，同时又畏惧你，可不是一件很容易的事情。前几年，由于自己是年轻一线的老师，缺乏经验，教学成绩又不是很突出，虽然工作总是兢兢业业，可是在学生心目中，我总是不能让学生像敬仰威望很高的同事那样敬仰我。去年，我所任教的三年级的英语三率都居级组第一，一下子传开后，校内校外都能看到很多信任和赞赏的目光。本学期接任了一个基础很差的班级，因为有了好的教学成绩学生都很服我，在教学中，我严格要求他们，树立自己的威性，果然期末考试中收到了我意想不到的效果。
