an intern student, it is necessary for me to make a work plan as following.

First，training students’ master consciousness, establish a good style of study

and class atmosphere.

Second, training students’ healthy personality, throw the students into the

learning of this new term’s school life as soon as possible.

Third, strengthen the class routine management, and take an example for other

classes.

In addition, coordinate various branches teacher management, to ensure the

normal and orderly of the students to study.

What’s more, to promote middle pew turned bad, be sure to make every student

have progress.

Finally, make efforts to implement the school’s morning check system, which

ensures a health and safety of the students' learning environment.

It is a so precious opportunity for us that I will cherish this internship. I will

carry out my work strictly according to my plan in the following days.
