各位代表、各位来宾，同志们：

在中国广州xx-xx亚洲残疾人运动会开幕式之际，我立足于广州，面向亚洲，遥望红、绿、蓝三原色拼出运动的人形会徽，在此令人欢欣的美好时刻，我们向与会代表、生活、工作、奋斗在亚洲各条战线上的会员和所有亚运会工作者，表示亲切的问候，向出席本次大会的全体代表表示热烈的祝贺，向光临大会指导的国家领导及各方来宾表示热忱的欢迎和诚挚的感谢!

来自亚洲45个国家和地区的3000多名运动员前来广州参赛。此外，还有2000多名随队官员、1100多名左右技术官员、2000多名记者和媒体人员、30000多名志愿者和300多名残奥大家庭贵宾参与此次盛会。因此我们要在亚残运会期间欢聚，分享，共赢，运动员及随队官员集中住在亚运城内的亚运村，技术代表、技术官员、分级师、兴奋剂检测官员和裁判员集中居住在技术官员村，记者和媒体人员集中住在亚运城的媒体村，残奥大家庭则住在大家庭酒店参与此次盛会。我们一定要深刻领会亚洲残疾人运动会的.精神，从实际工作出发，明确目标，谨记弘扬奥林匹克和人道主义精神，彰显以人为本的人文理念，促进亚洲残疾人体育运动发展、交流与合作，倡导扶残助残的社会风尚，推动社会的和谐、进步与文明的宗旨，为亚洲体育运动事务发展与经济繁荣作贡献。

同志们，亚洲残疾人运动会的辉煌，是伟大的历史使命，是需要我们为之奋斗才能实现新突破的艰巨目标!在这七天的会程里，我们要真实地反映亚洲残疾人的团结拼搏精神，时代前进的要求和历史发展的新趋势，我们国家领导人已对本届亚洲残疾人运动会作出指导方针，坚持高效、文明、节俭、廉洁办会，坚持节俭办会，做到两个运动会资源共享、场馆共用，特殊需求因地制宜。遵守《亚洲残疾人奥林匹克委员会手册》和《承办合同》，与亚洲残疾人奥林匹克委员会、亚洲各国(地区)残疾人奥委会及国际残疾人体育组织密切合作。按照国家举办、全省支持、广州承办的方式，以政府为主导，专业队伍和社会公众广泛参与相结合。亚运会、亚残运会同步。以科学发展观统领工作全过程，坚持以人为本，突显广州特色，创新、务实工作。在这样条件下我们和亚洲残疾人运动会成员国一起高度关注，为亚洲残疾人运动会运动员施展才华，提供优质的舞台和更好的条件服务。在这样的舞台和条件下，我们要实事求是地积极迎接挑战，满怀信心地展望未来，“让世界充满爱”。
