关于社会奖学金（非学院）获奖学生书写感谢信的通知

各获奖学生：

我校2010—2015学年奖学金评审已基本结束，各院已经将获奖学生信息核对完毕，现在要求所有获得社会奖学金的学生书写感谢信，以示对捐资助学的企业、单位、个人的.感谢(内容可以写你在学校学习、生活的情况、将来的打算等等)，具体要求如下：

1、感谢信用统一的专用信纸，使用蓝色或黑色钢笔(签字笔)，字迹工整，无涂抹，忌字迹潦草，敷衍了事，感谢信字数以满一页为准，不得三言两语敷衍了事;(抬头称呼：尊敬的某某公司领导或先生，落款为：某某学生敬上);

2、附一张5吋彩色生活照片，粘贴照片时，请使用双面胶带;

3、感谢信和粘贴照片的信纸用小夹子或曲别针相连，避免使用大头针或订书针；保持信纸干净、整洁、平整;

4、各获奖学生于12月8日（星期四）上午12：00前交至北二楼1409办公室;

5、专用信纸将由学校统一提供，请各获奖学生于12月5号下午4点以后来北二楼1409办公室领龋
