主持词写作
主持词的写作没有固定格式，它的最大特点就是富有个性。不同内容的活动，不同内容的节目，主持词所采用的形式和风格也不相同。
一、主持词的写作，首先要突出活动主旨并贯穿始终如今，文化呈多元趋势，各种主体性活动很多。了解了活动主题以后，通过主持词的写作将主题贯穿于所有的节目之中，从而使活动主题步步深化，丝丝入扣，不断将活动推向高潮。
二、写好开场白，要把握好吸引观众、创设情境、导入主题三个环节开始如何吸引观众的.视线，如何把握观众的心理，怎样导入主题，主持词开场白的写作非常重要。必须掌握三个环节：
一是先声夺人，通过对所有来宾的问候，将观众的注意力全部吸引过来。比如：尊敬的各位领导，亲爱的观众朋友们：大家好!”这样的问候，可以让所有的观众都对号入座，调动起观众的参与热情并迅速投入到节目的欣赏中去。二是对现场和当时情景加以描述，让观众感到熟悉、感到亲切自然，乐于接受。比如：《 2006年7月9日中国济南国际儿童广场晚会主持词》的开场白中这样写道：甲：寂静的园林已笼罩着一片暮色的苍茫，远方的山峦又勾画出一个个令人喜爱的卡通形象;乙：飞泻的霓虹早已闪烁着七彩的灯流，泉城的夏夜呀四处弥漫着花草的芬芳;甲：风儿歇息了，鸟儿也歇息了，只有潺潺的流水拨动着爱的琴弦在轻轻歌唱。由于当时设定的演出场地是在泉城公园中，主持词通过对特定的周边环境的描述，并表现出一种优美和深幽的意蕴，让观众身临其境，容易引起的感情上的共鸣。其三，观众被吸引之后，应迅速导入主题，进入节目欣赏。开场白写得再好，也不能好无休止的朗诵下去，因为这里不是诗歌朗诵会;所以，将观众的情绪调动起来以后，应迅速切入主题，让观众进入第一个节目的欣赏，让活动演出拉开帷幕。主持词的开场白，从篇幅上可长可短;但应该把握好以上三个环节，达到吸引观众、创设情境、导入主题的目的。
三、要增加主持词的文化内涵，达到寓教于乐的目的主持词的写作，在不增加篇幅的情况下，应尽量增加文化内涵，寓教于乐，不断提高观众的文化知识和素养。采用和历史文化有关的表述方法去写作。
四、注意对象，增强艺术表现力比如为少年儿童写作的主持词，在语言的表述中应尽量采用具有少年儿童特征的语言。具有少儿特点的语言不但容易拉近观众的距离，很容易被少儿所接受;否则，过分成人化的语言，则失去了少儿童天真的特性。在集会或联欢会开始的时候，成年人往往这样开场：“尊敬的各位领导、各位来宾、女士们、先生们：大家好!”假如孩子们在主持集会或联欢会时，原样照搬，就贻笑大方了，可以改成：“亲爱的爷爷、奶奶、叔叔、阿姨、老师们、同学们：大家好!”当我们成年人介绍某位领导时，往往这样介绍：“今天参加联欢会的有市委书记×××同志”;如果换成孩子们介绍，可以改成：“让我们用掌声，欢迎市委书记×××叔叔参加我们的联欢活动”等等。
五、借鉴诗词和散文诗的写作手法，提高主持词的艺术感染力中国格律诗词经过几千年的发展，已经成为一种独特的文化景观。格律诗词讲究修辞，用字精炼，语句结构规范，意境含蓄深远，叙事、抒情柔和一体，典故、哲理浑然天成，它是如此深刻的和我们民族的心理纠结在一起，以至在中国人心目中，它成为了一种神话，一种不可企及的文化典范，一种超越时空的精神家园。在主持词的写作中，不可能严格按照旧体诗词的句式和字数(甚至词性对仗)和平仄声调(包括韵脚)去写作，而是写出诗风词韵就很可以了。俗话说：“诗乃心语，情乃诗魂”。写诗重在一个“情”字，情者有感情、激情、热情之别。首先要有感情，才会触景生情，这就是激情;但又必须热心于写，这就需要热情。因此，主持词的写作，也必须带着创作的激情和热情去写作，才能写出煽情、感人的主持词。散文诗的特点是，它兼有散文与诗歌两种体裁的属性，本质上还是一种诗歌的形式。它借用于散文的外观和部分写作手段与诗歌的语言、灵魂结合为一体，为表达主题而服务。无论是诗词和散文诗的这些特点，都成为了主持词写作中经常借鉴的写作手法。比如，在主持词写作中，运用诗词写作中的对仗、押韵技巧，可以让主持人读起来琅琅上口，听起来具有音乐的节奏美;在大段的抒情性的描述中，则可以借鉴散文诗的写作特点，可以分行，也可以不分行，可以段落形式出现。比如：甲：我们从西河遗址走来，身上凝聚着开拓未来的力量乙：我们从平陵古城走来，绽开一个个彩色的梦想甲：我们传承着李清照、李开先的遗风呵合：勤奋学习天天向上，做一个新时代的中华小儿郎甲：请听童声独唱：中华小儿郎。
自从1985年，在中央电视台的春节晚会上第一次出现主持人的身影以来，主持词这门新兴的艺术形式已经发展了二十多年时间。主持词已经成为各种演出活动和集会中不可或缺的重要组成部分。可以说，主持词是我国艺术门类中很特殊的艺术形式，它往往依附于各种演出和聚会而出现，很少像诗歌、散文那样成为独立的艺术主体。但好的主持词仍具有很高的艺术价值，值得人们回味、欣赏。
