人若坚持自己的梦想，是要吃很多的苦头的。我也常常烦恼，烦恼的不是现实，而是面对现实既不想逃避又不做改观的自己。在挑战面前，看清了自己的弱点，却不愿改变，害怕失去了自我。现实有太多棘手的问题，现实有太多不合理的问题，现实有太多不及格的问题，那统统不是问题，问题是我狠不下来去改变，问题在于我，问题在于我不能接受这样的我。

你告诉我，你的问题是面子过不去。那真是不容易过的门槛。就像现实世界里一再的否定你，你的心一定是不愉悦的，身心一定是紧吧的。我说，连亲爱的我都不晓得所谓的你的成绩，别人会在意你吗?我喜欢那句话，路遥知马力，日久见人心。即使无法平反昭雪，我们一直都是我们，内在有什么变化?当听到否定的声音，我们的内心是何等难过和消沉埃所以我们总在做肯定别人的工作，我们知道鼓励的伟大意义，尽管我们时时备受打压。

众生都是苦的。我们都是勇于承担责任的人，有此种勇气，就要再增加一些耐磨抗压的境界，苦中作乐的境界，做一个强大的自己，不是为别人，只是为了我们自己。内心的修行，有着十万八千里的路程，知道再多的道理，无法执行，也仍是万里修行未起步的阶段。

不容易想开，就放下吧;不能原谅的事，就忘记吧。害怕的事，就不要想太多的面对吧。低姿态入世，没有什么怕失去的，就简单了。

千万不要自怜自艾，还不如做个孩子。
