妈妈对老师的话
孩子是天使带来人间的精灵，所以他(她)们带给每个家庭的先是欢乐;接着是困惑;然后是希望;最后是祝福。他(她)们的人生从呱呱落地到成龙成凤，都在不断的成长、学习和拼博。在这个过程除了爸爸、妈妈、爷爷、奶奶，幼儿园老师则成为他(她)们与社会接触的第一导师。
30个年龄相仿的孩子，来自30个不同的生长环境，有着30种不同的性格表现：有沉默寡言的、有活泼好动的、有吵吵闹闹的、有爱哭鼻子的、有不讲道理的、有乖巧懂事的、有争强好胜的、有胆小怕生的。这些性格在一个教室里不断的演译着，考验着老师们的耐心。妈妈们常说：“孩子一闹，我一个都搞不定，都不知道怎么办，何况是30个，真得很佩服老师们。”没错，孩子的天性就是如此，肆无忌惮的表现着他(她)们的情绪，那是一个如此混乱的场面，但老师们却总是有自己的一套办法来搞定这一切，在那一刻老师身上光环被无限的放大，“放心，我们会处理好!这只是一个过程”，妈妈们也揣着这份放心离开了孩子。于是一天天、一幕幕重复的上演，直到这一切回到老师和妈妈都期盼的时候，过程有点纠结，但结果却让人欣慰。
我一直都感动着以陈老师为首的四位老师的细心、和蔼，看到你们细心的为每位小朋友换衣服、盖被子、完成他(她)们有些还不能完成的事情;看到你们和蔼的和每个小朋友聊天，认真的听小朋友们诉说，带动着他(她)们的喜悦，分享着他(她)们的感受;面对困难教他(她)们如何面对，做错事情，教他(她)们如何改正;如何与人相处;如何成为一个乖宝宝，这一切又一切的细节，一天又一天的灌输，让他(她)们慢慢变成了做事情有规矩、懂礼貌、会表达、会教爸爸妈妈的小大人。孩子们正在慢慢的进步、慢慢的成长、慢慢的适应着这个社会。
陪伴着幼儿成长，看着一张张稚嫩的小脸，感受着一颗颗纯真的心，谁也不知道下一秒又会是谁捣蛋，面对既繁锁又开心的事情，妈妈们非常理解老师们的辛勤，真希望能为老师们分担点什么。
太多太多的感受要表达，字里行间却无法表述，最后化作一句：我谨代表小小A班的妈妈们真诚的说上：“老师们，辛苦您们啦!在孩子们的人生起步感谢您们的付出，真心的谢谢您们!”
