一句感谢的话
他是一个送报工，在这条街上送报近一年了。
在这之前，他原本是一家企业的职工，兢兢业业地干了十几年，虽然最终没有混上什么职位，但大大小小的荣誉证书拿过不少。他其实也不鹜求什么，只要能得到别人的承认尊重就足够了。不如人愿的是，企业一天天的跨了下来，最后，他下了岗。在人才市场辗转了一段时间之后，他找到了这份送报的工作，工资很薄，活很简单，每天早早的去领了报纸，然后骑着自行车往各个居民楼派送。干了一段时间后，他发现，这份活单调而又枯燥。尤其让他不能忍受的是，每天面对的只是这些冷冷冰冰的铁皮打制的信箱，没有人和他说话，只有开关柜子的声音，哐当哐当地在空空的楼道里回响。他觉得这样的生活空落落的，没有一点儿意思。
有一个雨天，他怕雨水把报纸淋湿了，便把报纸严严实实的包好，雨刚刚小的时候，就匆匆地王居民楼点赶。在一处居民楼楼道里，他碰到了一对夫妇，本来他想和人家打个招呼，结果人家看他窸窸窣窣在地下摆弄报纸，不怀好意地看过一眼后，就匆匆的离开了。在另一处居民楼，他倒是看到了一个小伙子取报纸，结果报纸刚拿出来，嘴里就嘟嚷：“都什么时候了，才把报纸送来。”
他越来越觉得这样的生活灰暗，没有乐趣。转眼已是冬天了，冷冷地穿梭在一条大街和另一条街道之间，他实在没有耐心在坚持下去了，于是他想，明年春天时候，一定要另找一份工作去做。
一天，那是过年的时候，他照例去送报纸，只剩下几栋楼的报纸了，他有些冷，想早点回去，就在不经意间，他突然发现在一家信箱上，贴着一张纸条。纸条上是歪歪扭扭的几个字：谢谢你，送报纸的叔叔，爸爸妈妈说，这一年你没有送错过一张报纸。那一刻他猛然间有些哽咽，眼里噙着泪花，内心深处涌动着一股说不出的滋味。看字迹，那是一颗童心散射出的心灵的光芒，就是这样一句短短的话语，他足足读了几分钟，心中默念了几十遍。下边没有落款，信箱上也没有主人的名字，他不知道这是谁写的，但这似乎已经不重要。他把报纸整整齐齐地放进信箱，轻轻地合上后，泪水朦胧中，他对着那张纸条说了一句话：谢谢。外面的风更大了，似乎还裹着些雪花，踏上自行车的时候，有一种暖意在他的周身奔涌着，让他的心里暖融融的。那一天，他极认真地送完了最后的报纸。回去之后，他把这件事告诉了妻子。他说：“你知道吗?孩子的一句话，像一盏灯照亮了我的内心，给了我信心和力量。同时更重要的是，这句感谢的话让我认识到：不论人生落到什么地步，只要自己做的优秀，一样能赢得尊重。”
