　　小学生新年小报：汉族春节的习俗

　　一般以吃年糕、饺子、糍粑、汤圆、荷包蛋、大肉丸、全鱼、美酒、福橘、苹果、花生、瓜子、糖果、香茗及肴馔为主;并伴有掸扬尘、洗被褥、备年货、贴春联、贴年画、贴剪纸、贴福字、点蜡烛、点旺火、放鞭炮、守岁、给压岁钱、拜年、走亲戚、上祖坟、逛花市、闹社火等众多活动，极尽天伦之乐。如年夜饭，尤为讲究：一是全家务必聚齐，因故未回者必须留一座位和一套餐具，体现团圆之意;二是饭食丰盛，重视“口彩”，把年糕叫“步步高”、饺子叫“万万顺”，酒水叫“长流水”，鸡蛋叫“大元宝”，金鱼叫“年年有余”;这条鱼准看不准吃，名为“看余”，必须留待初一食用.北方无鱼的地区，多是刻条木头鱼替代;三是座次有序，多为祖辈居上。孙辈居中，父辈居下，不分男女老幼，都要饮酒。吃饭时关门闭户，热闹尽兴而止。

　　每到春节，华灯璀璨，锣鼓齐鸣。鞭炮声此起彼伏，为沸腾的大地奏起了新春之曲。空中流光异彩，百花争艳，为佳节谱成了快乐篇章。

　　说起爆竹的起源，有个有趣的传说。《神异经》上说：“西方深山中有人焉，其长尺余，性不畏人，犯之令人寒热，名曰山魈。以竹著火挂熚，而山魈惊惮。”这是爆竹起源最早的记载，说明当初人们是为了驱吓危害人们的山魈。据说山魈最怕火光和响声，所以每到除夕，人们便用爆竹把山魈吓跑。这样年复一年，便形成了过年放鞭炮、点红烛、敲锣打鼓欢庆新春的年俗。

　　中国民间有“开门爆竹”一说。即在新的一年到来之际，家家户户开门的第一件事就是燃放爆竹，以哔哔叭叭的爆竹声除旧迎新。

　　爆竹为中国特产，亦称“爆仗”、“炮仗”、“鞭炮”。其起源很早，至今已有两千多年的历史。

　　现在我们一般的人都认为放爆竹可以创造一种喜庆气氛，是节日的一种娱乐活动，它可以给人们带来欢愉和吉利。然而，如果我们追溯爆竹的起源，就会了解古代人燃放爆竹的本意及其衍变的历史。

　　《荆楚岁时记》载：“正月一日，鸡鸣而起，先于庭前爆竹，以避山臊恶鬼。”这段记载说明爆竹在古代是一种驱瘟逐邪的音响工具，这就使得燃放爆竹的习俗从一开始就带有一定的迷信色彩。其实，这完全是由古人的误解所致。

　　据《神异经》说，古时候，人们途经深山露宿，晚上要点篝火，一为煮食取暖，二为防止野兽侵袭。然而山中有一种动物既不怕人又不怕火，经常趁人不备偷食东西。

　　人们为了对付这种动物，就想起在火中燃爆竹，用使其远遁的办法。这里所说的动物，名叫“山臊”。古人说其可令人寒热，是使人得寒热病的鬼魅，吓跑山臊，即驱逐瘟邪，才可得吉利平安。

　　到了唐初，瘟疫四起，有个叫李田的人，把硝石装在竹筒里，点燃后使其发出更大的声响和更浓烈的烟雾，结果驱散了山岚瘴气，制止了疫病流行。这便是装硝爆竹的最早雏形。

　　以后火药出现，人们将硝石、硫磺和木炭等填充在竹筒内燃烧，产生了“爆仗”。到了宋代，民间开始普遍用纸筒和麻茎裹火药编成串做成“编炮”(即鞭炮)。

　　关于爆竹的演变过程，《通俗编排优》记载道：“古时爆竹。皆以真竹着火爆之，故唐人诗亦称爆竿。后人卷纸为之。称曰“爆竹”。

　　随着时间的推移，爆竹的应用越来越广泛，品种花色也日见繁多。湖南浏阳，广东佛山和东尧，江西的宜春和萍乡以及浙江温州等地是中国著名的“花炮之乡”，其生产的爆竹不仅畅销全国，而且还远销世界其他国家和地区。

　　燃放爆竹已成为具有民族特色的娱乐活动。人们除了辞旧迎新在春节燃放爆竹外，每逢重大节日及喜事庆典，诸如元宵节、端午节、中秋节及婚嫁、建房、开业等，亦要燃放爆竹以示庆贺。
