这两上名词都表示“肉”。
flesh是区别于骨头、皮的“肉”尤指皮骨之间的“肌肉”，是不可数名词。例如：
A fat man has much flesh than a thin man.胖人较瘦人肉多。
The lion can feast on the flesh of the dead animal.这头狮子可以饱餐一顿这只死动物的肉了。
meat是肉类的总称，是指专供人食的“肉”，也是不可数名词。例如：
You should eat less meat and more fruit and vegetables.你应该少吃肉而多吃水果、蔬菜。
I don’t like to eat meat.我不喜欢吃肉。
