英文毕竟不是咱们的母语，不要刻意求华丽，省的一上场紧张全忘记了，简单自然最好。2也不要太过于滚瓜烂熟，有背稿之嫌，
切记不要太长，三分钟以内就可以。语速不要太快，正常语速就可以，讲太快容易把自己搞紧张的。
