磨练如同风雨后的'彩虹，绚丽斑斓;磨练如凝成珍珠的沙砾，圆润光泽;磨练如同海啸中的海燕，高傲飞翔。人生如果没有磨练，那又怎能展现出人生的精彩。正如冰心所说：成功的花，人们只惊羡她现时的明艳，然而当初她的芽，浸透了奋斗的泪痕、牺牲的血雨。
乌云密布，电闪雷鸣，狂风大作，雨点纷至。滚滚的乌云如同一团浓墨，一条条银色毒蛇在其中翻腾，嘶咬着天空;狂风如旷野中受了惊的野牛，势不可挡;雨点如战场上的枪林弹雨，纷纷而至。如此恶劣的环境下却造就了一朵出淤泥而不染的荷花——彩虹，闪着绚丽的光芒，散发七彩的高贵气质。
沙砾钻进蚌中，给蚌带来了痛苦，蚌用身体将沙砾一点点挤出，可沙砾却牢牢地粘在蚌上。于是，蚌将沙砾不停地卷磨，希望将沙砾磨平，以至于不伤害它的身体，但却付出了自己的鲜血，承受着痛苦的折磨……很久以后，当人们发现它时，在它干枯的体内找到了一颗豆大的，有着晶莹光泽的圆润的珍珠。
南极大陆周边的沿海如镜面，各种生物在这里快乐生存。突然，乌云迅速聚拢，一条长长的闪电划过这宁静和谐的天空，乌云越压越低，仿佛要塌下来一般，海浪拍击着海岸，越来越猛，海啸来临了。企鹅低声沉吟着，手足无措地走来走去。此刻，乌云滚滚中，波涛翻腾里穿过一个个黑亮的身影，那就是勇敢的海燕。海浪毫不留情地拍击着海岸，砸得浪花四溅，海燕如一支支离弦的箭，飞速穿越，按捺不住的生命的活力。
最后，一阵汹涌狂浪袭来，海燕毫不退缩，勇往直前，全力以赴。终于，天空乌云散尽，明净的天空下，留住了海燕高傲无畏的身影。
只有经过严冬才能迎来盛春，只有历经风雨才能看见彩虹，只有经受磨练才有收获!
