　　M: Yes, I am. Can I help you?

　　W: I’m here to see you on behalf of the dwellers in the apartment. The heating system in the apartment doesn’t work yet. Last time you promised you would fix it in two days. But two weeks have passed. We are freezing.

　　M: Oh. I’m sorry for that. This time I assure you we’ll fix it before Christmas.

　　W: What? That’s another week to go!
