  为时一周的英语口语实训已经结束了,真是受益匪浅。通过这一周的实训,我极大的提高了自己的英语口语能力,学到了许多英语知识。 本实训旨在使学生更加重视英语口语训练并掌握口语表达的有效技巧,使学生进一步强化英语口语能力以适应职业的需要,从而培养较强的英语口语实际交际能力。通过给我们看地道的美语发音来纠正读音和组织辩论赛,力图克服学生开口难的畏惧心理,最终为学生提高英语的应用能力、增强英语口头沟通能力,从而建立起语言学习能力。

  本次英语口语实训主要包括两个部分。第一部分:基础语音训练。第二部分:口语技能训练。第三部分:考核。通过这三个部分的训练,培养学生用英语朗读各种题材书面材料的能力,培养学生在没有文字凭借的情况下用英语表达自己的观点的能力,清楚而逻辑的论证自己的观点的能力。实训要求学生认真参与、刻苦训练,在准备阶段能运用各种工具解决所遇到的问题,必要时能进行成功地团结合作,在检查中能自如发挥,独立完成所要求的任务。

  第一部分:基础语音训练

  基础语音训练是从基础的音标开始练习的。老师首先给我们看了视频学习了基础音标的读法,通过重新学习语音音标,让我对音标有了新的认识,发现了我以前在读音标时存在许多错误。对于口语中常出现的惯例性的特定读法,也给与我们及时的改正。让我们的英语口语更流畅,更标准。 在学习了基本音标的基础上,有根据这些音标列举出常见的`单词、短语、例句,让我们能更好的消化这一读音,让我们的发音更标准。

  通过音标的学习让我认识到准确的学习音标为我的英语口语发音打下了良好的基础,成为我学习英语的优势。通过英语音标记单词是快速记背单词的最有效的一种方法。如果熟练掌握了英语音标发音的规律,就能很好的背下单词。通过基础语音训练让我确信它确实带给我很大的改变,可以培养我的语感。

  第二部分:口语技能训练。

  口语技能训练首先是进行分组辩论。把全年级分成四个大组,每个大组又根据人数分成5五个小组。先是通过组内小组与小组之间的辩论选出表现比较出色的四个辩手参加总决赛。这是我第一次参加辩论赛,从开始选题到最后辩论

  都是一种新的体验。从中学到了辩论赛的流程是什么,每个辩手应该做什么工作,怎样找符合辩题的资料然后总结归纳这些资料。最重要的是学到了团队合作。这次辩论赛正好是我们宿舍四个,在准备的过程中,我们互相帮忙,大家集思广益,针对对方辩友会提的问题进行提问总结。这次辩论赛不仅仅是练习了口语能力,还锻炼了组织和临场反应能力及团队合作能力。而且在总局赛中还欣赏到了精彩的辩论,不管结果如何,我们也是真的努力过了,这个过程真的非常充实而开心。

  第三部分:考核

  考核的方式主要是辩论和口语考核。除了通过上面的辩论方式进行计分外,还有就是通过刚开始的基础语音训练,最后通过朗读一篇文章测试学习效果。一天半的语音训练,让我认识到很多以前的语音的错误并纠正。虽然考核文章并不难,但是要把每个单词都发得地道却要一定的努力。一遍遍的练习不仅使我读得更流利也巩固了之前所学的内容。

  实训以前没发现音标是如此的难学,训练之后就像老师说的一样要让非英语专业的人看看学英语也是一件很难的事,学音标嘴要各种扭曲。实训前没接触过辩论,觉得辩论离我很遥远,即使用中文辩论对于我来说都困难。但在这次辩论赛中我明白了辩论其实很简单,最重要的是准备充分,队员之间要互相协助。我认为并不是每件事都要追求好的结果,过程依然是很重要的,即使结果不那么乐观,但至少认真对待过也努力过了,这比什么都重要。

  1.The rise and development of SF express.

In addition, the management to the private express enterprises is vacuum, some enterprises only pursue short-term benefit, loose management, staff mobility, lost of the promises to customers things always happen, which greatly affected the overall reputation of the private express delivery enterprises. Insufficient funds, the financing channel is not clear .

  The logistics and express enterprises are relatively large capital investment industry. every year, FedEx, UPS, DHL expend billions of investment expanding and improving its service.And SF EXPRESS completely depend on its own economic strength to maintain the development of enterprises, which restricted the rapid growth of SF to a large degree. Enterprise's economic strength is not strong enough , but the mode of operation that providing for oneself still has a very big restriction. We can know from the National Association of industry and Commerce prepared "development report of Chinese private enterprises", only 4% of private enterprises finance through bank , 2.6% through non bank financial institutions, other channels 2.9%, About 90.5% of private enterprises get money by self-financing channel. Financing has become the bottleneck of private enterprises’s development to some extent.

  短短的一周过去了,现在我很明显的能感觉得到自己的口语有了质的提升,这一切都得益于英语口语训练。本次实习确实帮助我解决了发音问题以及有话说不出的问题,在此感谢我的指导老师以及学院给予的这次机会。

  本次实习是为了使学生更加重视英语口语训练并掌握口语表达的有效技巧,使学生进一步强化英语口语能力以适应职业的需要,从而培养较强的英语口语实际交际能力。并且通过给我们看地道的美语发音来纠正读音和组织辩论赛,力图克服学生开口难的畏惧心理,最终为学生提高英语的应用能力、增强英语口头沟通能力,从而建立起语言学习能力。这次的实习主要包括三个阶段:基础语音训练、口语技能训练以及考核。通过这三个部分的训练,培养学生用英语朗读各种题材书面材料的能力,培养学生在没有文字凭借的情况下用英语表达自己的观点的能力,清楚而逻辑的论证自己的观点的能力。

  首先是第一部分的训练——基础语音训练。在这个环节,老师先是给我们看了教学视屏,由视屏中的老外逐一介绍标准音标的读法,通过重新学习语音音标,让我们对音标有了新的认识,并且找出了自己以前不能读准的音和读错的音,例如:th这个音,经过这几天的矫正,现在已经有了很大的改善。除此之外,对于口语中常出现的惯例性的特定的读法,老师也给予我们及时的改正,让我们的口语更流畅、更标准。之后,在此基础上,又大量练习了包含这些音标的单词、短语和例句,经过这些训练,我们可以更好的消化这一读音,让我们的发音更标准。

  然后是第二部分的训练——口语技能训练。这个环节也是本次实习中最具趣味性的部分。根据要求,全年级需按照所属指导老师的不同分成四组,在经过本组淘汰赛之后选出优秀学生代表,然后四组同学顶着最高的荣誉进行大决战。为了能够赢得班级赛,我们组四个男生都做了很多的准备,期间我们进行了各种发音矫正以及学习辩论的的流程和技巧。最后很幸运地打败了实力强劲的对手,期间我一度以为不可能战胜她们,虽然很遗憾地没能替班级出战,但是最重要的是我学到了团队合作。不论是辩论之前的准备工作还是站到辩论台上的各种发挥都是与团队分不开的,正是由于大家的努力,我从这次口语技能训练中受益颇多,既练习了口语表达能力,还锻炼了组织和临场反应能力以及团队合作能力,而且在最后的决赛中欣赏到了精彩的辩论。

  最后一个部分——考核。考核的方式是朗读两篇文章以测试学习效果,虽然考核并不难,但我还是由于一些对自己的疏忽和放纵造成了一些错误,没有做到把每个发音都地道地读出来。通过这次的考核,我深深地认识到读音问题是个很严肃的问题,决不能得多且过,坚持不懈的练习是十分必要的。

  虽然这次的英语口语实习现在已经结束了,但是它对我的影响是很大的。在实习之前,我以为这只是在浪费复习的时间,现在看来自己真的是很肤浅。以前一直以为自己的发音还行,现在看来真的是差得不像样子。在经过这次实习的洗礼下,我一定要保持住现在标准的发音,切不可再像以前那样乱读、瞎读,并且还要在以后的时间里多加练习。
