Breathless

 The Corrs 来自于一个名叫邓多克的爱尔兰边境小镇。乐队由 4 个姓氏为 Corr的兄妹组成。最初他们排练演出的场所是父母家中二楼的卧室，由大哥 Jim 担任吉他和键盘演奏，Sharon 拉小提琴，Caroline 打鼓，Andrea 负责演唱。他们最初尝试正式演出是参与由著名导演 Alan Parker执导的改编自 Roddy Doyle 的同名小说的影片《The Commitment》的拍摄。他们司职影片中的配乐。虽然这样的经历并不是 The Corrs所想的，但所幸的是影片的音乐执导 John Hughes在他们身上看到了一些特别之处。他接受了这支乐队的风格并成为他们的经纪人。

1997 年秋，The Corrs推出第二张专辑《Talk On Corners》。这张专辑由 Glen Ballard 担当制作人。《Talk On Corners》使得 The Corrs 成为了世界级的顶尖乐队，其中的单曲《Dreams》、《So Young》和《What Can I Do》纷纷上榜。在 15 个不同的国家或地区，《Talk On Corners》获得白金销量；在另9个国家，它也达到了金唱片的销量。
1999年底，在要求出版新专辑的呼声一浪高过一浪的情况下，The Corrs 不顾长期巡演的疲惫，推出了一张“不插电”MTV 专辑。该专辑迄今已售出 250 万张，在 11个国家或地区获得白金唱片销量，并在另 10 个以上的国家或地区获得金唱片销量。 1999 年末，The Corrs 回到了故乡爱尔兰。在都柏林，他们开始制作他们的第3张录音室专辑。
2000年推出的新专辑《In Blue》体现了 The Corrs 4 位成员作为一个创作组合已经日益成熟。
