It's time to do something about it.
We need fresh air to breathe.

First,everyone must get involved.
Everyone must lend a hand.
Together we can clean up our neiborhoods.
Second,we can practice conservation.
We can reduce waste and reuse things.
We can recycle paper,bottles,and plastic.
Third,we can put up more "Don't litter" signs.
We can trashcans on every corner.
We can pick up garbage when we see it.
We must take action to fight pollution.
It's our future we're protecting.
It's our duty to keep our planet clean.
So,please don't pollute.
Don't be a litterbug.
Don't be afraid to remind others,too.

Good morning , ladies and gentlemen ,my name is wangguang.
Now I will stand here to deliver my speech. My speech’s theme is “the earth is sick.We all live on the earth, do you know why the weather is getting warmer? Do you know why sandstorms are more and more frequent? And do you know why the suggestion of low-carbon lifestyle is becoming more popular? The reasonis that the earth is sick! nowI will through three aspects to expremy opinions.
Firstly ,Why the earth is sick ? 1th reason: The wide use of fossil resources causes a lot of pollutions . As we all known, Traditional energy always challenges to the environment , for example carbon dioxide emissions , wastewater emissions ,air pollution and so on. Second reason :The carbon dioxide contributes to global warming and the sulfur dioxide causes acid rain. So the earth can't maintain it's temperature . Third reason:The decreasion ofthe forest area .Along with the development of commodity economy，commodity raw materials become more and more important. As the most common material, wood has attracted people's attention. People are cutting down trees crazily. The desert is gradually expanding, leading to serious desertification and frequent sandstorms . So it is difficult for the earth to breathe and it feels uncomfortable!
secondly, How to heal theearth ? Traditional energy always challenges to the environment. However , new energy is renewable and recyclable ,it’s an important measure for environmental management and ecological protection . so ,new energy is the best choicetosatisfythesustainabledevelopmentofhumansociety.The government should take effective measures to strengthen people's awareneof environmental protection. Nowadays, people have already realized the earth is sick and people are also in a big trouble. So low-carbon lifestyle initiative is a popular action. If everyone saves a drop of water, treasures a kilowatt-hour of electricity and uses leoil, it will make a strong effect for earth!
As a member of the 21st century's youth，we should Start from the minor matter to protect the environment! In order to make sure that humans can live on the earth forever, let's work together, become proactive, to help heal the earth.Now it is high time for us to execute!

As we all know,the environmemt around us is getting worse and worse .In some places we can’t see fish swimming in the river or trees on the hills. Some people even have no clean water to drink. So I think we must do something to protect the environment. .But what can we do? How to protect our environmemt? For example, we can go to school on foot or by bike . we can use shopping basskets not plastic bags .when we go shopping and we can use both sides of the paper when we write .In a word ,if everyone pays more attention to our environment ,there willbe lepollution and our life will be better.
“There is only one earth”,I hope everyone will protect our environment well. Thanks!

The earth scale change of climate has brought a new kind of natural disaster and the developed and complicated city system is holding a latent risk of expanding the damage artificially. Also people has been spoiling the health since the immense quantity of chemicals have been produced and already used in pursuit of convenience and various toxic substances have been produced unintentionally and accumulated in environment. Therefore, We need some countermeasures from the viewpoint to prevent the city
environment form disaster and to manage environmental risks. So we will develop and improve a new risk management system and a disaster
prevention system to preserve and create the city environment where people feel easy and sound in their life.

Some people believe that economic development should never be at the cost of the environment. They think the present serious environmental problems are largely caused by rapid?economic development. For example, land resources are shrinking because of the industrial development and the expansion of cities. Deserts are spreading because of over grazing, poor fanning, tree cutting, and strip mining. Our air and water supplies are being polluted by poisonous gassesand waste products. It is important, therefore, that we should take another look at the way in which our industries and cities are developing. However, other people think it unnecessary to consider environmental problems now and our first priority should always be given to economic development. They believe that environmental problems are
inevitable and unavoidable in the proceof economic development. They are only the by products of economic development, which can be dealt with later when we have the time and money.
I think the second idea is completelywrong. Our ultimate aim in economic
development is to provide a comfortable and happy life for our people. What is the point of economic development if we achieve it at the cost of our
environment? There has been much evidence to prove that a balance between the two helps more rapid and continuous development.
