After I got the title “what we cannot afford to lose?” I have come up with lots of answers. For example, health, wealth, friends, youth and so on. It’s hard to choose the right answer, but when I take every answer in my mind into consideration, I have found that personality became the answer that I prefer, so that why I chose the title “the chance to live or the passion of life ”.
After put forward the subtitle , what comes into our mind? We all know that we only have one life. Once born in this world, we are on the road of dying. Is a piece of bad news for us? Obviously , no. On the contrary, it’s something good to us. Rather than counting how many days we can live, it’s wise to make full use of the days left.
Helen Keller once said, Only the deaf appreciate hearing, only the blind realize the manifold blessings that lie in sight. We cannot lose what we never had. But once we lose something, we will soon realize its importance. So it ’s easy to explain why we regret continuously.
We may regret what we missed, or we may regret the current situation that we are becoming a person too common to let others know us. Even we may regret the youth we wasted during the past few years.
But only regretting is not enough. Shall we take some measures to avoid the dilemma. If without the regrettable experience, we won’t know what we really want and we will gradually lose our passion for life. When we
are content with the current situation, we won’t make our life different and meaningful.
To make our life more colorful, we should take the passion of life into consideration. During our childhood, we didn’t have any affair to worry about, but when we entered the primary school, we gradually started our mission to finish every task, which directly led to our lack of uniqueness. decide what is important and what is trivial in life. We decide that what makes us significant is either what we do or what we refuse to do. But no matter how indifferent the universe may be to our choices and decisions, these choices and decisions are ours to make. We decide. We choose. And as we decide and choose, so are our lives formed. In the end, forming our own destiny is what life is about. Whatever we experience, we should treasure our youth, and try what we can to lead a life worth recalling and without regretting. So finally I like to share an essay with all of you here. To sum up, Necessity of lifelong learning is mainly based on the following reasons:

其次，勤于动脑，能够有效预防老年痴呆症的发生。这个结论已经在医学方面得到验证。
最后，一个人保持终身学习的习惯，随时掌握新知识和新技能，可以使自己在职业选择上有更强的优势。这不仅对本人有利，还有
利于国家和民族。
